I spoke to Christine when I called to set up the appointment. She was very friendly and helpful in the scheduling process. On the date of service, she and Brent arrived promptly to begin work. We walked through the house and I pointed out various stains & tried to identify what it was. I was having the carpets cleaned to prepare for a new tenant. Unfortunately, I still had a few pieces of furniture to move, but needed help. Brent and Christine were both very nice and helped me move a bed, dresser, and dining room table, so ALL of the carpet could be cleaned. They didn't have to do this and I really appreciated the help! With 3 indoor/outdoor dogs, I am amazed at how clean the carpets looked. They did a great job and it was well worth the money spent.

The only recommendation I have is that they tell customers ahead of time what to do to prepare the room.

I purchased the deal of the day on Angie’s List. It cost me about $150 for their services. Christine is the lady I dealt with. She was very nice and was punctual. I did have a problem. It was the house we were selling. I went back to the house two days later and the carpet was making a noise when I was walking on it. It was strange. So, I took my shoes off and felt it. Then I called the lady and she was a little defensive. I had two dogs before and there were some pet stains. First she was blaming me for using solutions on pet stains. So, I told her that it was for spot treatment and it wasn’t for the entire carpet. Then she asked me if I had ever used carpet powder and I told her that I had used it once. So, she said that’s what it was. Then she said that she would get with her vendor where she buys her cleaning solutions from and get back to me, which she did. He told her that if they shampooed it again and just used water, it would fix it up. She said that she would just charge me half of what I paid. So, I wasn’t very pleased with that. We were supposed to close on the house on the 19th, but we didn’t actually close till Monday. I decided to wait to see if the owners said anything. They had a walk through before closing. I thought that I would have to pay her to come back if the new owners complained about it. I never heard anything from the new owners. So, I didn’t have her come back. She was a very nice lady and punctual. What happened to the carpet wasn’t acceptable. If the carpet powder had to do that, then there should have been a disclaimer upfront. The price was fair. She was willing to come back at half of what I had already paid. She was a very nice lady and I don’t think she had any irrelevant intent, but it was also obvious that I wasn’t the first person that this had happened to. I liked her personally, but I wouldn’t use her again.

They did a very good job. We were pleased with the results.

It was easy to schedule a time, they arrived on time within the timeframe they gave me, and even gave me a call when they were on their way. When they arrived I walked them around the areas to be cleaned, and they got to work right away. They were very friendly, professional and did a good job.

We really didn't have dirty carpet to begin with. We just wanted to have the carpet refreshed. After this company was done we had yellow spots left in the carpet. I was very upset with the way in which the job was done. I thought I would be able to use their company because they were reasonably priced. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic. The pre-appointment phone calls cleared up any questions. The set up was easy. I've had carpet cleaners who brought dirty hoses and equipment into the house. Snyder's equipment was clean. They protected the furniture well and got all but one of the many stains out. Before they left, Christine went over carpet care and explained how to use carpet spot removers without staining it. or damaging it.

I called Snyder Carpet Care due to all of the glowing reviews on Angie's List. I left a lengthy message about wanting the carpets cleaned at our old house and left several phone numbers. I never received a call back not even a courtesy call to say they were busy and would contact me later or my location was too far from Duncanville. The least they can do is return the phone call.

The arrived 10 minutes early. Started to work immediately. Worked hard and fast and did a wonderful job! My tile is white with white grout and they got out 95% of the old yellowish grout sealer that was there for 3 yrs. My WHITE floor looks brand new again!! I will absolutely use and refer them again for tile or carpet!

Overall this is the best our carpets have ever been cleaned. We are so happy. Thank you Chris and Brent.

The Rotovac cleaning process requires more expensive equipment so it is no surprise that it is more costly then standard steam cleaning options. However, it does a better job of cleaning the carpet. I greatly enjoyed working with the team from Snyder's Carpet cleaning. They were very professional and friendly and of course they did a great job. The Big Deal special was well worth the price!

They arrived on time and were very courteous. They went straight to work as soon as they arrived. Our grout was very dirty, but by the time they were done, it looked like new. It was amazing! It only took a little over an hour for them to do our 409 Sq. ft. They were very professional and the price was very good, especially considering what they had to clean. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the service and the price. We bought two of the "Big Deal" coupons and paid extra for a larger room and the stairs. We got about 1800 sq ft of carpet cleaned for around $300 total which seems like a very good deal especially considering it was a Rotovac and not the normal carpet cleaning process. We moved all of the furniture that we wanted them to clean under into the kitchen or other non-carpeted area and vacuumed the entire carpet. When they came we pointed out a few stains, but generally our carpet was in good shape. We were mainly interested in getting the dust deep in the carpet out. They arrived right on time and did not waste any time, but were always available to answer questions. They were very knowledgeable and personable. The carpet looked great when they were done. It took about 12 to 24 hours for it to completely dry. The carpet smelled great and you could definitely tell the dust was gone. Most stains were completely gone, but a couple were still visible, but greatly reduced. You probably would not even notice them if you didn't know where to look. We will definitely use them again for cleaning carpet and use the Rotovac process.

They (2 people) arrived at my house on time; wasted no time getting to work. Furniture was moved on a "as needed basis". Carpets dried within 12 ato 24 hours (at least that was the time frame I felt save with when moving chairs, tables, etc., back into place. I liked their cleaning equipment, efficient and effective.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt in their work and they went to work as soon as they got here. She was honest with me beforehand about what she could get up and what she could not. My carpets look so good now.

They where on time and explained the whole process and let me check the cleaning as they worked throughout the house. They put towels down on the carpet to keep it from getting messy.

Christine was prompt in returning my phone call. They arrived on time and also called when they were on their way. They were professional and did a very good job on all of the tile and the grout in my home. I would recommend their services and will use the company again. I definitely feel I received my money's worth. Thanks, Christine!

Christine and her associated were very punctual. Did an excellent job with the tile and resealing. Would definitely use them again.

I called Snyder's to get help installing the carpet that I had purchased last fall. They were very helpful, got me in contact with the installer they use and even called later to make sure I was satisfied. The work was done quickly and correctly. Will use them again.

We were using them for the first time. The machine that they used was very, very old. I thought it would be neat and new technology, but the machine looked like it was about 30 years old. They did a reasonably good job.

they called ahead, as promised, to inform me of the exact time they would be there and they were able to come earlier if I wanted. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, desiring to please the customer with their end result. First they cleaned all areas and then came back with a sealer. I'm having some other work done in my house this month and will have them return to clean the carpets.

Quick, easy, affordable--no hassle. They explained what they were going to do, gave me some options, did the job quickly, gave me some hints/advice for carpet upkeep and maintenance, and were gone. No hard sell, no over-explaining...just answered my questions, did the job, did it well, and did it for a fair price.

They were punctual and they did a very good job. There are some companies who don’t care about the furniture’s and all but they did a really nice job on the carpets. I would use them again in the future.

Good job but I am accustomed to having styrofoam blocks under the legs of larger furniture.
