Christine’s subcontractor Alex came on the morning, agreed, described what needed to be done and did it in the time allotted. He was very nice and informative. I am very please with the results.

I found out after I paid for the Big Deal that materials were not supplied. I found that quite odd and had never had that happen before, but decided since I needed the work done that I would pay it. They said they used 3 tubes of caulking. I knew there was no way that they did for the very small amount of work they needed to do. I would be surprised if they used more than one tube. I paid $15 for the materials, by check made out to the person that showed up, not the company. I had been told I would be able to pay with a credit card for the materials and when I spoke to Alex about that, he wasn't sure that there wouldn't be an additional charge for the credit card. I paid by check just to get them out. I contracted for 3 hours and since it was a small job, they were out in less than 2, but still charged for the 3 tubes of caulk. Right after they left I noticed a spot in one of the tubs that still had a hole in the caulking. I called them right away and they came to fix it. Today (2 days later) I noticed a spot outside the shower that wasn't filled in completely, and caulking that is pulling away from the wall and is wavy. I was not satisfied with the service and will not use this company again.

They arrive on time. Were very courteous and professional. The cleaned up after all removal of old caulking quite well. I was extremely satiisfied with the whole experience. I will use this companyagain as needed.

I got them off Angie’s list. I took up their Angie’s list deal. They did an awesome job. They called me and scheduled to come before Christmas. I would refer them to others. I rate them high overall, and I will use them again in the future.

Responsive, came on time after appointment was made, went to work quickly and finished with the job in under two hours. I would use them again.

Bought the Big Deal grout cleaning and sealing. They came to the house, did everything they said they would do -- clean the floor, made sure all the stains were removed and then sealed the grout. They took care to keep the other floor clean and dry while doing the cleaning. Even repaired a dryer vent that had a hole in it.I have a little over 300 sq ft. so it cost me an additional $11 above the big deal. They are knowledgeable on the different types of tiles, very courteous and professional. Have already recommended them to one person and would definitely recommend them again and use them again for other services..

They did a great job. The floor looks very very nice and I am very pleased.

Christine and her husband arrived on time and began by pre-treating the carpet. I moved some small items to facilitate the carpet cleaning. Christine did the cleaning, and her husband operated their equipment from the truck. Overall, Christine got out most of the stains in the traffic areas. This was an old carpet, and I am satisfied that I got my money's worth. Christine was very pleasant and professional. I would hire her company again.

Kristine was extremely professional. She contacted us prior to arriving. They were actually early. I will definitely use this company again. I wish all companies did business as efficiently, competently, and professionally as Snyder"s.

I accepted the Big Deal offer for 3 hrs for $99 of bathroom Caulking & Grout Restoration. They called to confirm the appointment time. They arrived before schedule but not wothout checking with me. He worked quickly & cleaned up after himself. It took him less time then the 3 hours but with the good job he did that was fine with me.

From start to finish this experience was extremely pleasant. The technician who visited was on time. He was polite and low key. He came with his tools in hand. He had to return to his van once. The technician communicated effectively. He made a cursory assessment and began the work promptly. Far from making a mess, the man brought his own shop vacuum and quickly cleaned up the mess that was there and then began his work. He even cleaned up the part of the shower that had embedded residue (metal sliding glass door)! This man worked very hard - the project took him a flat hour. We had tried to scrape the mess ourselves but didn't have the experience to know what we should and should not scrape. We used a coupon which made the entire project extremely affordable. Regardless of what this technician does, he does it well. I would highly recommend this company but would recommend this man in particular.

Everything was great! It was a rotovac cleaning. The carpets were old and dirty. We needed them to look as good as possible so that we could put our house on the market. They were very prompt and polite. We actually used them last week for a small steam cleaning for a carpet.

Snyder's Carpet Care was great in communicating when they would get to the house and arrived right on time.They cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and at the end we could literally eat from the floor if we wanted to. They also did the tile in the powder bathroom downstairs.It was great to see the kitchen tile as clean again as the day it was installed.I can really recommend this company. They work hard, are friendly, the result is great and they are very affordable.I will definitely use them again in the future. Bart

When my husband called to scheudle the 4 hours of tile installtion deal for $199, he let Christine know the amount of area we needed tiled and the surface to be tiled and asked exactly what we needed to have here for them to walk in and start work. My husband called the night before to confirm our appointment since they had not confirmed with us. They were supposed to arrive to work at 9 am. They finally showed up at 1215 once my husband called and tracked them down. After their assesment, they indicated that #1 - it would take 3 workers 8 hours each to complete less than 100 square feet of tile for a total of 24 man hours and #2, that the price would be $500 total. They would, of course, give us credit for the $199 we had already spent. Additionally, they wanted to use "quick set" mortor so they wouldnt have to allow 24 hours drying time before applying grout. When talking to another tile company, they said that would work as long as it wasnt an are exposed to excessive moisture....IT WAS THE BATHROOM. Bottom line - they sold 1 price that was excessivly inflated once they finally arrive over 3 hours late promising only to do a sub-par job. We immediately terminated the job and were left with exposed concrete bathroom floors.

Went great. They came in and completed the work in the time they had estimated including the extra work on the shower. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished and they called the following day to make sure that after the grout dried we were pleased with the job. I will use these folks again and would highly recommend them.

There were no unexpected events that surfaced during the scheduling or performing of the service. This is how you 'want' it to work.

Our carpet cleaning appointment went smoothly from start to finish. Christine had a time that worked for my work schedule with only a week's notice. She gave me a window when she would be coming and called me before the scheduled time to let me know she was on her way. Once she arrived, she got right to work, cleaned and rotovac'd our 12 year old carpets, making them look practically new. The rotovac really does an awesome job on the carpet, just like the video shows. She was done quickly...totally painless and a great price too. I will definitely be calling them back when it's time to get the carpets cleaned again.

They arrived on time, set up their equipment, prepared the floor space, and performed the job with precision. They cleaned up the space and left no part of the job incomplete.

I called Christine and made an appointment for the cleaning. Since it was a Big Deal of the Day they were booked pretty far in advance , but that was OK. As stated before they arrived on time and called before they got there to make sure I was there . No unforeseen problems and all went well with the cleaning.

They showed up when they said they would and did a thorough job cleaning the tile and sealing the grout lines. They went the extra mile in hand cleaning some hard to reach areas in the master bath. I am very pleased with the service and will use them again.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WAS SO GLAD THAT ANGIE'S LIST RAN THEIR SPECIAL.

The grout was not sealed when installed (which I learned you usually have to ask for it), and after trying to clean it myself for the last 12 years and not to my satisfaction, I jumped at the deal that Snyder's offered. The floors now look brand new and I couldn't be more pleased. They are very personable, work hard, thoroughly clean up, and leave with a smile!!! The owners do the work themselves. There was no problem in scheduling (except for me thinking they were supposed to arrive a week earlier than scheduled - my stupidity in depending on my memory instead of the calendar!). They called before they came, were punctual and got right to work. Snyder arrived on time for appointment. They were very efficient and professional. The job was done to our satisfaction and we were happy with them. They are on our list for any further work of this kind to call. We would not hesitate to refer them to our friends.

They came out, took a look, measured and cleaned the tile. They did a terrible job. It was not ceramic tile but rather marble tile. They told me it was wax on the tiles and that they would charge an additional $550 on top of the $159 I had already paid to do the necessary work. I honestly do not think they can complete this job. They told us that it was our fault there was wax on the tiles. They explained that they would have to rent a diamond buffer to bring the shine back to the floor. If they would have told me this up front instead of waiting till the second visit, I would have not used this service. It is a total rip off that they wanted to charge me an additional $550. I told them that they were the experts and not me, which is why I hired them. They should have been upfront when they took a look the first look at the floors. I am going to have to hire someone else to come to my house and finish the job. I want my money back from Snyder’s Carpet care.
