She arrived a little ahead of schedule and got right to it. I was very pleased with the quality and care of the steam cleaning. Proof is in the pudding...my carpets and stains are gone. Her crew left no mess and was very pleasant to work with. I will use her again.

They were about a half hour late but did call to let me know--appreciate this a lot. I found it ironic when they called the day before they thought they would be an hour early. They have positive hard working friendly attitude. Got to work right away. Got out stains on the carpet without charging me extra like some companies out there do. This is my second time using them. Just make sure you use caution on wet carpet and tile near it until it dries. I would suggest if they get overspray on to tile to make sure they wipe that up since I slipped and fell on the wet tile near the carpet stairs. I would definitely recommend using them again. I feel they charge a fair price for their work and do not feel there was any upselling or pressure to try pushing more extras like other companies I have used in the past. Carpet did dry in about 2 hours once they left. A word of caution if you do purchase one of the Angie list deals, is that they were booked out about 3 to 4 weeks--so you may want to call them to see when they can get you on the schedule before purchasing. But it was worth the wait for the value and good service.

NINE YEAR OLD OFF-WHITE CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW and we have two Rottweilers and a Maltese!!! Could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism. Christine is a gem to work with and so knowledgeable! She and her husband, Brent, are extremely careful with everything. The pet stains and odors were easily removed with their Roto-Vac System, making them soft, bright and fluffy, again! We have used over five major carpet cleaning services within the Dallas Metroplex over the past 17 years in our two previous homes and were so disappointed with the results. We will definitely use and recommend Snyder Carpet Services, again! .

I received a coupon via email from Angie's List for tile cleaning and sealing - $159 for 200 sq/ft. My assistant called to ask about the cost of cleaning 441 sq/ft with the coupon. Christine returned her call in a timely manner and was able to give us an estimate over the phone. Since we have a rental unit that needed the grout to be cleaned thoroughly, I thought I'd give it a try ... even though my husband wasn't too thrilled with spending they money. We had a time scheduled for the cleaning, but Christine called the day before to let me know that she may be able to get to it earlier and wanted me to be aware that she might be calling me earlier than planned for meeting her at the property. Sure enough, she called about 45 minutes earlier. Once there, she answered some questions I had, confirmed the square footage, confirmed what we wanted to have done, and provided me with the cost for the sqft over 200. It was exactly what was quoted over the phone. She didn't try to up sell, which was nice. I was able to pay the remaining amount and leave them to do their work. They locked the doors behind them. They did a really good job on making the floor look nice and clean. I'd definitely would use them again.

I purchased a coupon to clean our tile. I used them at my office to clean the carpet and they did a good job. They showed up on time and went right to work. They did a great job and the floor looks great. I would not hesisitate to use them again.

My carpet is about seven years old and I had no expectations of how clean my carpet would look and it turned out much cleaner that I thought it would be. They did a great job! I received the Big Deal carpet cleaning for $99. I was offered stain guard for $25 per room which I accepted. Christine and her crew came as scheduled. They were thorough and the end result was a carpet that looked practically new.

FINALLY a service company that actually offers great service. Christine and company arrived at the scheduled time. She actually cleaned more area's than I had originally contracted for. She even helped me move a few pieces of furniture that I couldn't move by myself. They were in and out in about an hour. They cleaned up EVERYTHING after themselves. They gave me several hints as to ways to extend the life of my carpet. My neighbor had an emergency water overflow the next day and even though Christine was already booked for the day and 50 miles away, she took the time to find another service provider. Terrific company that I will recommend and use again.

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. I cannot believe they were able to get them so clean. We had a carpet that was incredibly stained, so I didn't think there was much they could do for it. But it looks like an almost new carpet. So worth the money! Christine was very professional and punctual. I was very happy with this service.

I just bought this big deal on a whim. Boy did they do a great job. The process worked great and the results were fantastic. We had them do our kitchen area that had been remodeled several years ago, but the grout had not been sealed. I really wasn't expecting much. My wife was here when the technician (Christine) arrived and explained the process to her. They also cleaned the affected tile area and my wife was so impressed that she had them do an additional small area for an additional sum. We will definitely call them again and do other areas of our house. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job and we had very dirty carpets. Saw another special from them for ceramic tile grout cleaning and immediately signed up. They performed that work today and the grout looks almost like new. It usually takes a few weeks to get an appointment, but I expect they usually get a lot of business when they run a special (both my purchases were specials they ran). They give you a window of time they will arrive and then call when they are on their way. Appreciate this extra step as you're never left wondering when during the two hour window they will arrive. Will definitely use them again.

They did a very thorough job. They were very easy to work with.

Two repair men arrived fairly on time. One of the men spent most of his time going back and forth to the service truck badically fetching tools and/or items. To the best of my recolletion he did not actually perform any of the repairs. They were not very organized. They finished in less than the 3 hours of work I paid for @ $99.00. When I requested that they continue working for the entire 3 hours I was informed to read "the fine print" in a very curt manner. Apparently when two repair men are dispatched to a job they only had to work for one and a half hours rather than three. When I set the appointment I was told that the primary repair person had injured their hand and that they may have to send an individual to assist him. Nothing was mentioned regarding working half the time that I had contracted. I did not recall reading anything about that in the fine print, but I do not remember in all honesty. It was not necessary to respond to me in the curt manner he did. They then left very quickly. The quality of work was very satisfactory, however, their professionalism was not.
