They had good service. Two people came out (owner and helper). They were very quick and gave me additional information on keeping the tile clean.

called, they didnt pick up rightaway- left a message. they called me me back but not right away- it was a few days later. Discussed what i needed, but I had to wait for an appt due to their schedule and mine- no saturday appts available was a disappointment. also, needed to work too much around their schedule and not mine- understand that it's hot in the afternoon, but their appts times were limited to earlier daytime hours than i convenient for me. latest appt time and timeframe was 2-4pm. however they were very good about calling me, keeping in touch, letting me know when they were on the way. and were on time! cleaned kitchen floor in less than an hour, did a very nice job. I'll use them again.

Christine was very responsive from start to finish. I had to take a few hours off work to have the work done, so I was very appreciative of Christine for being on time and finishing up quickly and doing a great job. She gave me tips to help keep the carpet clean longer and it's been almost 2 months since my service and my carpets still look new. Christine was very friendly and it was well worth the cost.

Overall this was great service. The company returned phone call within 24 hours to set appointment. The lady was upfront and honest that due to the recent coupon they would be booked for 3 weeks. I went a head and scheduled the appointment. They were punctual and did a fantastic job. Will use them again in the future.

The grout cleaning of the masters bathroom was underwhelming. Whereas the Angies List's sales brochure shows a clear contrast of ALL 100% of grouts being cleaned dramatically (from dirty dark grout lines before cleaning TO clean very light grout lines after cleaning), in my case only approximately 40% of the grout lines in my masters bathroom show such improvement. The remaining 60% show inperceptible improvement in cleanliness - meaning they still look as dark as they were before cleaning. If I had known that cleaning only improves a portion of the grout lines, I would not have bothered purchasing the service. That being said the service professionals were punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. Iwas just very disappointed by the end result.

They did a great job. They restored the grout to the white of when we first bought our house seven years ago. They cleaned up and were very careful to not mess up other areas during the job.

Excellent service provided by Christina from first phone call to completion of service. Many years of dirty grout was cleaned and looked like new. I took Christina up on her offer to seal the grout for $35.00 to prevent the grout from becoming discolored due to dirt/soil. I plan to maintain the grout with cleaning and sealing as needed from now on. Great professional experience!

They were great. Puntual, courteous and very professional. They did a great job and would use them again and recommend to friends.

In general the grout was cleaned as described. There appears to be some residual chemicals on a few tiles that casn be seen when the light hits it. We did not request a fix.

I used the Angie's list coupon - so this service was discounted over 50%. Christine was the person I dealt with. I cannot say enough about this company. I am having surgery, and needed the house ready for someone to stay with me. They contacted me the day before to confirm, and called this morning to tell me when they would arrive. They were right on time. My carpet, to say the least, was a disaster. Lots of stains, one room had housed 2 feral cats which managed to soil the carpet, and the living room had heavy stains. They came in and began to work immediately, and before i knew it, they were done. The carpet looks brand new. Christine even took the time to explain the drying time as I am on crutches, and advised me how to walk on the carpet with my crutches. This company is not only very professional, prompt, courteous, but the work done was fantastic.

I purchased the Big Deal for $99 for 4 Rooms of Carpet Cleaning and Fiber Rinse. Our carpets had not been cleaned in several years so they were very dirty. I called to make the appointment a couple weeks before the expiration date but they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule before the deal expired. On the day of the appointment they called ahead to let me know they finished the prior job early and were just around the corner so they wanted to come early. I had just started moving the furniture so they pitched in and helped me get it done faster. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. They were finished in approximately 1 hour. The carpets looked and smelled great. They were completely dry within 8 hours.

They arrived early and stayed almost all day. It was a big job and they worked hard to satisfy us.

I bought their services off an Angies List for a deep rotovac clean for a house I am selling so the house was completely empty. They showed up on time and did a very good job. I would definately use them again!

I took advantage of the Angie's List Big Deal for tile grout cleaning. And I'm glad I did. When we bought this house, it had white tile bathrooms, laundry room and wet bar -- with white grout. And it wasn't clean when we moved in. I had tried every cleaner on the market and spent hours on my hands and knees scrubbing for minimal payoff. Snyders was amazing, thorough, fast, and courteous. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to breathe life back into my grout. The floors now look amazing. They also put a strong grout sealer on and a few weeks later all is still looking great.
