Christine was very professional and easy to work with. She called the night before she came because I had scheduled 3 weeks out. She also called 20 minutes before she arrived to let me know she was on her way. She went right to work and was done in about an hour. She got out stains I thought I was stuck with. And she "raked" the carpet when she was done. The carpets dried beautifully and there was no odor as they dried. I will definitely call her again.

They arrived early and got right to work. They spent a little over an hour. After we discussed what I wanted to have done, they said they would keep cleaning until the square footage included in the price was met. There was enough that all of my floors were able to be cleaned. They were polite and professional.

I am leaving my original comments but updating to reflect the change... New experience: I originally gave them an F for not following up or returning calls. They have finally made good on their offer so, based on their willingness to fix the situation, I am updating this to reflect the change. While their initial response was less than desirable, they did finally contact me and scheduled a time to clean my tile. I have to say, they did a fantastic job. So good, in fact, I've asked them to come back and do the rest of my floors. It took about 2 hours from beginning to end. I would use them again Previous experience: I called a number of times and when I finally received a human response, was told the owner would call me to schedule. It never happened. I called again, explained the coupon was expiring and was again told, the owner would still honor it and call me back. Again, it never happened.

They were on time, explained exactly what the service included. We determined together which rooms would be cleaned and they explained thoroughly how to take care of my carpets after. I was very pleased with the end product.

It was great. I came home from work and my kitchen floor looked fantastic. The grout was restored to it's original color and still looks great.

I was pleased with their service. I would use them again.

Ms. Snyder and her co-worker called in advance, showed up on time and worked diligently. I had followed the pre-arrival guidelines about clearing the furniture in rooms to be cleaned, and they were quite accommodating about shifting around some of the items too big to be removed (e.g., beds) so that the entire carpet area could be cleaned. My only disappointment was that some of my carpets are wool, and apparently the type of Scotchguard they brought cannot be used on wool carpets. Of course I did not know that there is more than one type of Scotchguard, so I think it would be helpful in the future if they ask the customer about wool carpets when making the appointment, so that they can bring the correct type of Scotchguard when they come.

She did a great job. They were in and out and on time. Next time I think I will have them buff the floors as well as I like the shiny look and it was not included in the original Deal. Overall I was pleased.

The were good, they did a good job. However, they were not able to get out some of the pet stains.

This was an Angie's list special. We paid for grout cleaning from company. But after doing their process, the grout was not clean. They apologized, and offered some upgraded service for more cost. They should have done a test first, and then refunded the money when they found that they could not perform service to completion. The story was that we had used some sealant in past that was not compatible with their cleaning. (We had only used Home Depot grout sealer.) Was disappointed in Angie?s list for selling a service that is not backed up. In my business, I ONLY charge the customer after they are completely satisfied.

They were prompt and very polite and did a good job.

Overall the job was done well. Their communication is excellent.

Christina at Snyder's told me to expect them between 10-11am. She called around 9:30 that morning to let me know they were on schedule and would be there right around 10. They arrived right on time. They came in and quickly got to work. In about 75 minutes, all the areas had been cleaned and one had been scotch guarded. As the carpet was drying, I thought it looked better than most other times we've had it cleaned (by other companies). However, I wanted to reserve judgment until it was totally dry, because in the past, sometimes spots reappear shortly after drying. But much to my delight, when the carpet dried it looked just as great as when Christina left! She got out spots that had been there for quite awhile and definitely rejuvenated the carpet! I am a very satisfied customer, and I will definitely call them again!

They were on time. They clearly outlined what they could and could not do. They were quick and efficient while in my house.

Courteous gentleman, punctual, no mess at all, everything looks great!

They did a better job than most! They even were willing to count the stairs as a room. Only disappointment was that the pet repellent didn't work very long.

The team arrived as scheduled, helped me move an area rug out of the way then proceeded to vacumn and clean the carpets. They did a fantastic job. The carpets look better than they have since we moved in. The cleaner we had previously told us our carpet wouldn't stand up for another cleaning so we were delighted to learn that was not true. They worked hard and continously and I am very pleased.

Overall it was a great experience.

They came when scheduled and performed the work as advertised. I'm very satisfied with the results. My only problem was that I had to move some furniture in advance since they told me in advance that they did not normally move furniture. It was very difficult for me (age 79) to move several LazyBoy recliners to my patio and utility room so they could clean beneath them..

I was totally satisfied with the cleaning job. Paid a little extra for an addtional room and to get Scotchgard applied. No problems.

I had a difficult time setting the appt. When you call, I would get voice mail. I would then leave a message which the first couple of times was not returned. But, once the appointment was set, they were prompt and the technician did good work.

Wonderfully. They arrived on time, set up quickly and did a very thorough job. They cleaned up well afterward and gave us excellent advice about cleaning up spills between cleanings.

Gave us an estimate. Came out promptly and was on time. Very professional and courteous. Worked until done and did a very good job. Would use them again
