I will definitely use them again for both my carpets and kitchen tile cleaning. It is so nice to have a positive experience with contracted cleaning services.

Contacting and arranging the appointment was a seamless operation. They called to remind us that they'd be coming today and what time. And they were on time, efficient and very effective! If I could give them a AAA+++ rating I would! The floors look spectacular! Really unbelievable.

He was punctual and had everything he needed to do the job but I fell that his attitude was a little off.

I wasn't able to use the coupon I bought from Angie's List, but the company went above and beyond to help me. I was listing my house for sale and needed the carpet cleaned immediately and since they were booked they put me in touch with someone who was able to come earlier. Very professional, very helpful. The owner even called to follow up and make sure I'd been taken care of. Now I just wish I wasn't moving out of state and unable to use there services.

Called to schedule appointment; arrived on time (called and provided a 30 minutes leadway) This is the 2nd time I have used Christine's services. They did an amazing job. You could eat off the floor. Highly recommend.

Explained everything and ended up doing a great jop. We have 3 big dogs and the carpets looked wonderful.

Great service overall. The Snyders showed up on time and called on the way over just like they promised. They accurately measured the square footage of the area and started work right away. The grout on our floors had seven years of accumulated dirt and was dark gray instead of the whitish gray it was supposed to be. Less than two hours later, they were done and by evening when the sealer dried, the grout looked 90% new, almost as good as the tile on the wall. This was money well spent. I tried several things to clean the grout and could only get it a little bit lighter. Their method worked as promised! I will ask them to come back sometime and do the tile in other parts of the house.

Received call ahead prior to schedule appointment right on schedule. Workers were extremely professional, friendly and punctual. Excellent experience overall. Plan to use them for all future cleaning needs and would recommend to everyone.

Very prompt. Only one complaint. She didnt use protectors under the furniture while the furniture was still wet. There are stains from the furniture legs that transferred to the carpet.

They did the caulking. They did a great job.

They've been cleaning my carpet for 2 years now. It's just Christine and her husband, and I like that consistency. It's easy to schedule with them, they are punctual and call when they are headed our way. They do their best to meet any special requests. Last year, they cleaned and on of my kids spilled a red drink. They came back out for a minimal charge and got the stain out.

She was great. Prompt, very friendly, quick, and did a great job.

I was very impressed with this company from the start to the finish. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and did not try to upsell me beyond the $119.95 for four rooms deal that I purchased. I appreciate their integrity in an industry fraught with scams.

They did an excellent job and my grout looks new again!! They were very careful about putting down towels to step on so as not to dirty my white carpet in the other rooms. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Lady came in and told me the cost - I agreed. She said she could not use the roto-vac because I have berber carpet. She cleaned the carpets and finished the job in about 30 minutes.

It took longer than estimated. Three days became 5. They seemed to know what they were doing, except where the floor was conterned. Workman worked hard and didn't waste time.

Went OK. I was charged as an additional room for the master bath and another additional room charge for the small pieces of carpet I use as area rugs. I thought this was too much. Other carpet cleaners have not charged extra for these pieces.

The tiles were clean but stripped of their shine and we were up charged more than 30% than what we agreed on.

The did an excellent job--floors were perfectly white.

Took a while to get them scheduled but they were worth it. Communicated well on when they would arrive and even arrived a little early. Look the job over and went to work and were through in no time. Very hard workers.c

When I called to schedule my appointment I requested a morning service call and was promised a 10:00-11:00am window. Christine called the day before to confirm AND called at 9:30am the day of the appointment to confirm again she'd be at my home at 10:00am which she was! I was very impressed with the level of communication, willingness to accommodate my schedule, and her punctuality. When I learned that I could include my master bedroom as one of the 4 rooms Christine was accommodating while I scrambled to unload and move nightstands and other furniture from the floor. My husband and I previously moved the quasi portable furniture off the living room and dining room carpet before they arrived and left it off for 24 hours. Our sofa has wooden legs and Christine suggested we place plastic grocery bags under them but I had plastic blocks left from another carpet cleaning service and had her helper rest the wooden legs on them instead. Overall, it went very smoothly!
