As always, Christine did an excellent job on our carpet. We have older carpet and it always makes it look nearly new when she comes out and does a rotovac on it. I can't say enough good about her company. Very professional, great services, excellent value. I would recommend them to anyone.

We supplied the caulk and only needed touch up work for our two year old home. They had to reschedule the first appointment and were late for final appointment . but they kept us informed ( good communication ) and the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Christine was very communicative, and I felt like I was always in the loop. They did a good job cleaning the carpets and were very sweet to my dog. She gave tips for carpet care. Overall, it was a good experience. Very professional company.

Overall the experience was good. Still noticed some staining in the grout after the service was complete. It may have been beyond the cleaners control - we haven't done anything to it in over 10 years. Overall good experience.

Work was done as expected. Nothing fantastic, but nothing really wrong either.

They were professional from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and they arrived at the scheduled time. They did a great job cleaning the carpets. When they were finished the rugs were very clean and smelled fresh - and we have old dogs with issues os this was a huge help. We would definitely use them again.

Went great. Applier was very smooth and efficient. All caulk replaced including replacing where crumbling, old, gritty grout had been (much lesser quality). Applier cleaned all surfaces when done: very professional work.

It went great. Christine is friendly and professional. She gives good estimates. She and another showed up on time to do the work, and my carpets and kitchen never looked better. Some heavily trafficed and soiled areas could only be brought back to looking good, but the rest looked new. She answered my questions and had tips for keeping things cleaner.

Great job. The grout lines were dark, almost black but after they finished the grout lines were the original beige color that was the original color. Great customer service, even I rescheduled about 4 times. Thanks Chrisitne!

Very good. The staff was friendly and clean my title which I was very impress with the work. I old recommend this company to friends.

The gentlemen came on time as scheduled and with all the necessary materials. I showed him all the areas where I needed caulking. He completed every area within the 3 hrs timeframe. We wish he had better matching colors or if the company could have asked us upfront on color presferences it would have been better. Nevertheless, we still went ahead and used one of the two colors he had. Overall the service was good however, I think in 3 hrs much more area can be covered as the gentlemen did the work in 2 hrs though it included Kitchen and bathrooms.

No service received, the company never would return my call to set up service and when I finnally left a message that I was going to give a bad review on Angie's list then I finnally received a call back but the caller was rude and there were no times available that would be convienient for service. After a conversation to see if we could work out the times she said that she would call Angie's list so I would not and receive the refund as I had already paid for the service that I had not received. I would never use this service even it they do good work cause they are rude and not customer friendly.

.I had a phone call to say that they were running slightly behind on their schedule, which I appreciated and they arrived soon after. I was concerned that the cleaning materials might change the color of the grout on our slate floor, It didn't. The job was done quicly, but thoroughly. Although it wasn't part of the agreement, they cleaned some mildew off the ceiling of a shower. I was very pleased when the job was finished and won't wait so long to have them come back to keep the grout looking bright and clean.

They cleaned my tile and did an excellent job. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again and would recommend their services to others.

The owner and her partner were punctual. They came in and were done quickly. I told her that I was hoping the paint spots came out and she pre-treated these spots with a chemical. I think she probably looked the carpet over for other areas that needed to be pretreated. Most everything came out of carpet, except some stains. I had extra carpet from another room that now has laminate. She had her partner, at my request, put patches on two of the spots she noticed. They charged an extra $50 for these two patches, so the total cost for the 3 rooms cleaned and two patches was $139 = $89 +50. I noticed another stain that did not come out after they left and wish she had mentioned it to me while they were there so I could have had that spot patched as well.

These folks did such a fantastic job. They were so professional and thorough. Would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with Snyder's. The lady arrived on time and was very knowledgable. She performed the deep cleaning on our off white berber carpet and removed coffe stains and animal stains that Kiwi had never been able to remove. It was a bit more pricey than Kiwi and some of the other reputable capet cleaners, but FINALLY, it wasactually clean! I will definitely use Snyders again!

I bought the big deal of $119 for 4 rooms of rotovac deep carpet cleaning at a rental. They were booked out for a week or so, and I needed to turn the house quickly so I didn't like having to wait, but I booked anyway to save a spot on the schedule and in the end the timing worked out. They showed up on time, but the owner forgot the entire conversation we had had the week before. She had no notes. Anyway, we worked it out what they would do and I would pay, and it ended fair.

The scheduled appointment was set for the morning. After not showing up, I called to find out that they were at some other job. Finally showed up well after 5pm, which resulted in me wasting the entire day waiting at home. This was the first time I had tile grout repairs, so I may have foolishly expected actual mortar mix. Instead, they used regular caulk that I buy at repair stores to do it myself. This was an Angie's Big Deal and it was for 3 hours worth of work. I did not get but one hour of work done because my patience had run out and wanted to leave to have dinner. I think the company must have been slammed with too much work and failed to schedule accordingly.
