The experience with this company was very good. Upon my initial call I had to leave a message which was promptly returned. All of my questions were answered and I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks. I received a confirmation call a couple of days before the actual service date, then I was called the morning of my service with a window of when I could expect them. They called one more time saying they were on their way, which I really appreciated .They arrived right on schedule, did their job and were gone..... Not a lot of talking ,which I appreciated as I was getting reading for a party and had a lot to do. Don't get me wrong, they were very friendly, but you could tell they were in my home to do a job not chit chat! My carpets were very clean, except in the room where my child had gotten sick and thrown up pepto bismal, they were unable to remove that stain.They left my house around 4:00, My carpets were pretty damp in some rooms , so around 5:30 my husband and I went out for dinner and by the time we returned the carpets were dry! I will use them again in the future- the price was unbeatable compared to what I've paid in the past and the service was great"

The company that installed the tile did not seal it like they should have. Snyder's did an awesome job cleaning and sealing the grout - better than I expected! I would use them again.

Bought the Angie's list package. We have a cat and a dog and a few pet stains. Two were really bad ones that we did not expect they would get clean. To my surprise,they came almost 100% clean! Also, both my wife and I feel that this was the best cleaning we have ever had, and we have had a few different companies. Very pleased with the quality of cleaning.

Purchased special offer on Angies list for the first time. A wonderful experience. Christine is responsive, caring, kind and really willing to go out of her way for her customers. If you need your floors cleaned, call Christine. I will again.

I bought a coupon for Snyder's on Angie's List for $150 to clean our ceramic house tile. We had to reschedule due to the installation of wooden flooring in other parts of our house and the changing out of our furniture. When speaking with Christine about the cleaning process, she said that she uses a small brush to clean the hard to reach areas of the grout near the wood floors. This was a seller for us because we didn't want them damaged. When they did come to look at the floors, they told my wife that they would have to charge an additional $256 plus tax because of the extra square footage. We agreed to that and they told us that we needed to remove as much furniture as we could from the areas. The night before they were scheduled to come out, I removed all of the light furniture and floor carpets and swept up as per Christine's directions. When I got home from work, I thought that they did not show up after all, but my wife told me that they did and that she was disappointed as well. The grout looked just as dirty as before and the hard to reach areas near the wood were untouched. I spoke to Christine the following day about the work performed. She told me that there were no guarantees about how well she could clean the grout and that she explained this to my wife. I feel that $430 is a lot of money to pay for a couple of hours of floor cleaning with no guarantees. I asked her what I would need to buy to strip the sealer that she put on the grout and clean it again myself and we left it at that. Thier website says that they "promise complete satisfaction with everything that they do" but there is nothing said about "no guarantees".

This company did a great job. I used several carpet cleaning companies in the past and not one got my carpet as clean asSnyder's Carpet Care. I recommend them and will use them again.

They were puntual, courteous, and thorough. They did a very good job at a great price. I would use again.

Scheduling was an issue after purchasing the deal through Angie's List. It took a couple attempts to reach them and set up a time, since we were trying to connect over the holidays. Finally ended up being early February before they could get someone out. The guy who did the work was great. He re-did the all the caulking I could find in the house, and still finished in a little less than three hours -- even with one arm in a sling.

I needed to have the work completed on a tight time frame. When I called to schedule an appointment they were honest in telling me that they wouldn't have an appointment for a couple of months. I had to get a refund since it didn't fit my time frame.

Very good. I selected a different carpet cleaner a year ago, but there were 2 heavy stains in my carpet that were not completely removed. Cristine came in and got rid of both stains with ease. I will use them again for my tiles in the coming month. The deal is worth it.

We used the Angie's list special offer. While these generally attract a lot of attention which caused a delay in getting an appointment we were pleased and the service was professional and courteous. We would use them again.

Scheduling the service was easy. Initially when I called I had to leave a message but I received a return call within a couple of hours and was scheduled for two weeks later (earliest available time). They were very prompt and showed up as scheduled to complete the service. They did help me move my couch do that the kitchen table could be moved out of the kitchen. I do not reccomend this as it is not a part of their service do if you experience damage you may be responsible for any repairs that you may need ( we have scratched on our new laminate flooring that I must now get repaired). The floors were cleaned and sealed in less than two hours, which was good. They were polite and professional. Our grout was not originally sealed so while in some places it is cleaner in the areas where there were darker stains, it only appears faded and not like-new. I will most likely have the grout replaced rather than cleaned again. Also with the scratches now on my laminate flooring the value wasn't as good as it should have been because I'll spend the saved amount on the repair.

We purchased the Big Deal for Snyder's Carpet Care (4 rooms for $99). Snyder's arrived near the end of the expected timeframe, but were quick to get started. The service seemed to go well and the carpets appeared clean at the end of the cleaning. They told us the carpets would be damp for approx. 4-6 hours, which sounds about normal. We ran the ceiling fans, but, unfortunately, the carpets were still damp to walk on the following morning -- at least 18 hours later. The biggest problem was that within 2 months, the carpets were even dirtier than when we started. We actually had to have another carpet cleaner come out to clean them again and they said there was a ton of soap left behind in the carpets, which actually attracts dirt. They showed me the amount of soap they pulled out of the carpets. They said typical carpet cleaners leave behind some soap, but the amount in our carpets was substantial. I think that's why they got dirty so fast -- even with the stain repellant treatment for which we paid extra. The Snyder team was friendly and efficient, but the final product did not turn out to be such a great deal.

Christine was very flexible with scheduling this service. It took a few tries to get the appointment set up so that I worked for both of us. They arrived and measured the tile area to make sure we were within the area limits for the promotion and then got to work. Our tile is not exactly new and we have never had the grout cleaned, but when they got finished, it really looked great!

The main problem was with scheduling. I established the initial appointment with Christine, the owner of Snyder's, for a Monday. That Sunday night, the repairman called to say that he had a doctor's appointment and had to reschedule. I'm more than happy to be flexible, but surely a person would know before Sunday night that they had an appointment? The same thing happened with our second appointment, and both times he called the night before, after I had already arranged to take off work to be home the next day. The work was eventually done, but as noted above, I don't think the quality was particularly good.
