The kitchen tile cleaning was very good. However the bathroom tile was not as good.

They called to confirm the appointment, and called to tell me they were on their way. They arrived on time, had me sign a paper that said they weren't responsible for not getting all grout clean and warning me about falls and my responsibility. There were two of them a man and a woman. She was friendly but professional. He didn't say over four words. She just asked what I wanted clean and they measured the areas. After measuring she said I was within the area that was covered by coupon. They went right to to work. I wasn't watching, so am not sure what they did except squirting some cleaner in grout. Before they started sealing the grout, they called me in to look at it. When I mentioned some areas that I was disappointed about she said that it wasn't dry but would lighten up w hen it was.It didn't. They then used a stick that squirted out sealant into the grout, that took about five minutes or less.. Maybe I expected too much, but I was disappointed with the job.

I didn't get their $89 deal, but I liked what it said. I read about them on Angie's List and they were highly recommended. Several months later I really needed my carpet cleaned and I called them. I talked to the lady and told her that I didn't get the deal they had, but she gave me an Angie's discount. The price was really good, but it was expensive. It wasn't the same deal they offered in the spring and that was okay, but they came and did a good job. I was happy. I think they really know their business and are very knowledgeable about carpets. They're thorough and I was very pleased. That same deal was offered again right before Christmas and I bought it. I haven't used it yet because they were so busy and I ended up using someone else off of Angie's List.

We ended up spending $2,499 for the Angies's list deal, $400 in upgrades, and then another $200 for fixtures and the door. We are extremely happy with the results. They were kind, explanitory, and they do great work! It was completed in the time frame quoted as well. We'd recommend this deal(if it were to come up again) and this company to all friends and family!

My white tile and grout was in need of a good cleaning and sealing. They asked if they could come early. It was a two person team and were very professional and friendly.

Christine and her helper came in and got right to work. They spot treat some of the bad areas and then begin the cleaning process. Overall it was a very good experience. They did a great job.

Found out about Snyder's through an ad on Angie's list offering to clean and seal 300 sq ft of tile cleaning for $150. Any area above that was done at a cost of $.80/sq ft. Because so many people responded to the ad, it took a while to schedule a date but for me that was not a problem as we were not in a big hurry. When our scheduled date did arive Christine and Brent were extremely professional, on time and did a great job cleaning the tile and grout exactly as promised. In fact, our tile has never looked so good. The equipment they used was great and they found a way to clean/seal the tile with a minimal amount of inconvenience. Would definitely use again.

They were quick, arrived on time and got the job done pretty much as long as they said that it would take.

I paid about $30 extra to get all the tile in my kitchen and laundry room cleaned and sealed. I believe it was about $0.30 per SF beyond what the big deal covered. They did the job in an hour. Very timely and professional. Phone calls always returned within 15 min or so.

They showed up on time, cleaned 300 square foot of tile and grout. Tile and grout was cleaner after they left but not a clean as I had hoped.

Great Company, they are very professional. Did a great job cleaning floor tile and grout. Can't remember the cost, but it was a special they had, and it was very reasonably priced. Christine was really great at getting back to me to schedule time slot for work. Would definitely use their services again.

Had tile floors and one tiled shower cleaned and grout sealed. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did a great job. Carefully worked around the furniture we were not able to move.

Overall it went good. I was hoping they would get it cleaner than it came out but it's old tile/grout so was satisfied overall. They were professional and put down paper to walk from front door to kitchen which I appreciated.

Called ahead as promised. Arrived on time. 2 people, both professional and personable! Checked out bathroom and since it was very small, offered to clean and seal entry way tile at no additional charge. Brought in equipment and finished job in about an hour to hour and a half. Owner, Christine offered advice and recommendations on other tile/carpet projects that we inquired about. Completely satisfied......floor looks much better!

There was a mix up on the time but the carpet was Beautiful and smelled great after the job was done.!!

EXCELLENT. They are fast and efficient, but get the job done right. And they don't try to sell you on any services that you don't need.

A little slow on the contact, but communication was done though email. Set up a date came late morning and was done the same day.

thye floors looked cleaner, like new. i paid a little more for the whole hallway to be done and was amazed at the result!

Well, they just cleaned and then re-grouted the tile...it took a while...but it turned out very nicely

The owner was very efficient setting up an appointment and arrived for the grout cleaning right on time. She and her assistance cleaned and sealed the grout promptly. They were very pleasant. Unfortunately, after the sealer had dried, I noticed some areas that appeared to be much darker. I called and made arrangements for them to return. I suggested that they return when they were in the area since they were located probably an hour away. It was several weeks before they returned and touched up the areas of concern. They did a fine job.
