Arrived about ten minutes early after texting and making sure it was ok to arrive early. She explained what the process was for the cleaning and asked where we wanted her to start. They worked diligently. The carpet looked almost new after the cleaning was finished.

Snyder's arrived on time, was very clear about the work to be done and worked around some of our unique issues. This is my second time to hire them and once again, I am very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. We asked about upholstery cleaning after they arrived and they were gracious enough to include it with our job at a very modest price. They spent quite a bit of time on the carpet and upholstery and it came out wonderfully. Tile/grout cleaning is a bit less time consuming, but it still looks very good. Good people, good business people, a great business. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing Christine and the Staff at Snyder's Carpet Care are absolutely the best in North Texas. Why- Customer Service, Christine is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for her customers- I feel comfortable with leaving her in my house to take care my carpets and Tile. Tile- OMG she does the best job and they are so reasonable. My tile and carpet looks like new each time it is cleaned, why would anyone have anyone besides Snyder's Carpet take care of there home...

Christine did an excellent job. I haven't seen the carpet this clean in a long time! The stains I had are all gone. I was very impressed with the Rotovac DHX equipment. It really does a much better job than the rental machines I have used in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

Bought the deal from Angie's list for $99 for 150 sq ft Tile and grout clean. They were responsive to schedule it promptly and arrived on time. They measured the floor and it was greater than 150, so told me upfront about the extra charges. It was done within an hour. Honestly, I did not see a great difference after the cleaning was done. Perhaps, my tiles were already clean. The grout lines had discoloration and i thought that it was dirt and would be removed but I was told that it was left over paint and cannot be removed by this process.

Well. They did it in less than a couple of hours, of course, I only needed two areas done and had moved all furniture. Yes, I will use them again.

It was okay. They did an okay job but I don't know enough about it to give them the best or worst grade. There was $12 in tax on the top of the deal price to make it $161. They were here maybe like 5 weeks ago. At the time it seemed like an okay deal to give it a shot.

Christine did an absolutely fantastic job on my filthy grout! I was really surprised to see how clean she was able to get everything... our kitchen and bathrooms look like new. And that's saying something for a 59-year old house! Communication about the appointment was great, price was super reasonable, and they showed up right on time. I won't hesitate to use Snyder's again when our grout is looking less than pristine.

It didn't go so well. There were some stains afterwards. It got everything out, and the next couple of days later it came back. They offered to come back at an additional charge. The price was good. I would not use them again in the future. I was disappointed after the stains that they couldn't do something different. I called them on Thursday, and they said they could come on Monday. It wasn't the service, it was the follow up that I had an issue. They were initially able to come out on a fairly short notice.

They called ahead before coming which was nice. We discussed what was going to be done and they got started cleaning the carpets first. The carpet is about 1 yr old high quality high pile carpet. We don't ever wear shoes in the house and have a very smart border collie that is trained to not enter any rooms with carpet in them. He has never set foot on the carpet. Long story short, the carpet was in excellent condition minus a toddler having an accident in a small bedroom which made the room smell hence the reason we got the carpets cleaned in the first place. So Snyder's gets done with the carpet cleaning and starts on the grout job. They had a couple fans running for maybe and hour to dry the carpet and recommended that we leave the a/c on to dehumidify the house and dry the carpets out. We had to wait 2 days to put the furniture back because the carpet was not dry. The end result was instead of having 1 room smell like pee, now we have three bedrooms that smell like rotten wet carpet. You get what you pay for.

Terrific! They were on time and the tile was cleaned. They even were able to get my grout white (after literally being black with dirt). The kitchen smelled rest and clean when they were done.
