Did a great job, the carpets looked great after the cleaning.

I am very pleased with the results! My tile looks very clean. Snyder's was efficient and quick. The tile was dry when they left and the grout was dry within a couple of hours.

They arrived on time and ready to start. They did the job quickly and efficiently and the carpet looks and smells great. Christine is a very sweet lady and very personable which makes it a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely use them again.

I would require acid product to be used in future. I was unaware that they would not use it to clean tile grout.

Christine arrived on time with her crew and immediately starting working on cleaning and restoring the tiles and grout in our kitchen area. With our three kids and two dogs it was quite dirty. When they finished it looked as good as new! While they were here we had them clean some of our carpeting which also turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Christine Snyder for her professionalism and high quality of work.

I don't have anything negative to say about the company they were just too busy to honor the big deal that I purchased before Christmas, which is why I purchased it. My money was refunded to me.

Carpet cleaners called before they came, arrived when they said they would. We walked through the house and she explained any differences in charges prior to starting. They completed the work timely and took stains out of the carpet in my son's room that I thought would NEVER come out! Overall, very pleased with the results!

Snyder's was able to remove stains from my family room carpet that others had not been successful with. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the price, but they should be more up front with all the details of their service.

We enjoyed having them. Ms. Snyder always spoke nicely to me on the phone to make the arrangements and the rearrangements that were needed because of an auto accident with their truck. Good folks to deal with. Her helper has bad hearing and is quite, but Ms. Snyder is really nice and very responsive.

They came out and showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did the job they said they were going to do and got it done quickly.

This company did a FANTASTIC JOB! The tile and grout looks bran new! I wasn't expecting the process to remove all the grout stains but it did. The grout is now pure white. The owner and crew were very honest and professional. Thank you.

They were on time. They came in and they cleaned the tile. It didn’t take too long. I thought they did a good job. Then they were gone. I noticed that there was some dirty spots on the grout. I don’t know if it was something that they wouldn’t have been able to get out. I think they should have pointed that out to us. I didn’t really see it after they were gone. I never called them back for that. It was a big deal purchase.

I had an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

Great Job! We have four dogs, and after the Rotovac cleaning, the carpets look like new! We have asked Snyder's Carpet Care back to steam clean and seal our kitchen grout. Very professional company, I highly recommend.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a good job mostly but they were too quick and didn't take time at the end to make sure everything was as it should have been. As it started to dry, there were a couple of spots that we noticed where they maybe didn't get enough of the water out. We didn't take the time to call them and ask them to come back and fix it. We didn’t know what their normal prices were. We probably wouldn't use them again.

They were very responsive to my phone calls. We set a date for the work. they were punctual and were in and out very quickly. The carpets looked as good as they possibly could - they're pretty old. This is a small company in a very competitive business and they seem to be aware of this fact. They were very concerned about the quality of work and if I was happy. Will certainly use them again.

Job wernt very will in all aspects.

They did a great job of cleaning the grout throughout my kitchen, hallway and bath areas. I also had them reseal the grout. I would definitely use them again. They were very responsive and did an excellent job.

On December 21, 2012 I contacted snyderscarpetcare@sbcglobal.net, 972-889-3866 to arrange for grout cleaning or replacing in my kitchen. Christine Snyder responded via a phone call. We discussed what I wanted; either replacement or cleaning whichever it needed to be, and Christine agreed to check over, clean and seal the grout in my kitchen. Appointment made for January 2, 2013. My inquiry was in response to an ad on Angie?s List with a special for cleaning. My kitchen is a small tiled area with porcelain 12x12 tiles and an off-white/ivory grout. On January 2, 2013 I made arrangements for my niece to be at my home for the grout cleaning process. Christine and one other person, male, showed up to clean the grout. My niece informed me when I arrived home that Christine remarked she was displeased that they could not get all the dark areas out of the grout. This was an understatement to be sure. The grout under the cabinets did not look as though they had been touched; I am sure they were, but left dark brown in color. Other areas of the kitchen had mottled dark spots and looked as if it was still really ?dirty? in the grout lines If I were cleaning to be able to sell the house, it would bring down my selling price. Once home, I used my regular grout cleaning solution (non chemical) and was able to get more stain out of the grout. If I had known the floor would not look better than what I could accomplish, I would not have paid the money. My niece called me to get the credit card information once Christine arrived at the house (and before they even began the cleaning). I was not impressed, but could not argue from my office at the time. My niece also informed me that Christine kept pushing for a ?tip? to be added. I trusted Christine to do a good job and expected to be satisfied with the work. My total bill was $161 and some change with tax added. Normally I do not pay until after the work is complete and I am satisfied, but once again I trusted a ?professional? to be professional and I could not be off work during the hours Christine insisted she was available to do the work. Should not have trusted Angie?s List on this one. I have cleaned my grout since the tile installation on several occasions and it looked some better than this cleaning, but there were still areas of stain. This is why I decided to hire a professional cleaner. I cannot use chemicals on the grout as I am very sensitive to them. I found this out when I tried to bleach some of the spots in earlier years. I even used a steam cleaner and got better results than this cleaning from Christine Snyder. Christine, even though she was not satisfied, still ?sealed? the grout. Called Christine on January 3, 2013 to discuss what could be done. She informed me she ?did the best she could?, even taking a toothbrush to the grout. My niece did not remember that happening. I informed Christine that I could have done as good a job and now she sealed the grout and I will have to work harder at getting the remaining spots out. I asked her if she thought this represented her work and if she could suggest a resolution. Christine still insisted that I had stains that no one could clean and my grout would never be white (it is not white and never was). Again I asked why she ?sealed? the grout if that was the case and why she did not call me when she realized this. She said she would discuss this with her ?partner? and see what could be done. As of 1/31/13, I have not heard from her and really do not expect to. I informed her I would be disputing the charges and would give her company a very bad feedback on Angie?s List. All I wanted was clean grout and a new sealing
