Christine emailed me right away after I purchased the carpet cleaning deal and scheduled me for exactly when I wanted. She called me a few days before to confirm the appointment and also emailed me a list of what I needed to do to be ready for the cleaning. Christine and her husband arrived right on time and did a quick and excellent job. My carpets look brand new! I even had a few pet stains that they got right up. They were both extremely friendly nice people. Would definitely recommend Snyder's to anyone!

Great - very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They arrived on time and performed the service quickly while not sacrificing quality. We have lots of old, white tile with white grout that we're not sure had ever been sealed, so it was pretty dirty. After the cleaning and sealing, there was a noticeable difference. As long as the seal holds up, we will be very pleased and would definitely recommend Snyder's to others needing the same service.

From start to finish the experience I had with this company was excellent. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Christine was super nice. The crew arrived exactly when they said would. They did a thorough job in a timely manner. I did not expect stain removal, but a large soot stain from a spilled candle was removed. I no longer have to hide it with a rug. I'm so happy with this company and I will recommend them to friends and family.

The owner did our work and was excellent. She explained the process completely and told us the reasons why she could not get the pet odor out so we did not have any unrealistic expectations. The work was done professionally and we will use her again for ceramic tile cleaning.

Christine with Snyder's was on time and the tile came out looking very nice. She measured out the floor prior to cleaning and the amount was a little more than my own measurement. However, I didn't put a tape to the floor and she did. So, the price was a little higher than the original quote from my "eyeball measurement". I trusted her measurements. I had no problems with that. It took a little over two hours to clean and dry and then they sealed the grout. Great job!

I scheduled the services over the phone. I was called a few days before the services were to be performed to confirm, and I received a call 15 minutes before they arrived at my house. They were very professional, punctual, performed the work very well and my kitchen floor looks amazing! I only wish they would have told me in advance that I had to let the floor dry for several hours so that I could make food arrangements ahead of time.

Great. They arrived at the specified time, assessed the rooms, and got right to work. They worked quickly and got the job done in a satisfactory amount of time.

They were late. they called to inform. When they arrived, they were nice, and I thought they were aware of what they were doing. My biggest complaint is that despite the fact that the primary reason for their visit was recaulking my master shower including the bench, they did so, but it wasn't a good job. Within a day, the caulking around the bench came out. I called to have them return and they scheduled a return visit, but no-showed. I called again, but they no showed a 2nd time. I finally gave up, and called my personal handyman, who came and fixed the bench caulking properly. I am disappointed that they didn't follow up and didn't complete the job. I will NOT use them again.

The company was a pleasure to work with. During the service, I received a call regarding a stain which was not able to be completely removed. She wanted to let me know that they were doing the best they could to remove the stain, but did not want me to be surprised if it would not. When I went home, the carpet was done perfectly. I will use them again.
