Excellent Service. No more to be said

Prompt, pleasant and professional. There were a few difficult spots in the carpet. The carpet looked great when they finished. We thought we might have to replace some carpet. Not now. Would definitely use again for carpet cleaning.

They had to come back a couple of times. So, it kind of happened over the course of two weeks. They just finished up a few days ago. We ended up spending beyond the big deal by $190. The original service was for cleaning and sealing, but they had to strip the previous seal that was on there. That was why the additional charge for, all the stripping and what not. The work went so-so. The stripping did not work out perfectly. We had to do some work ourselves after they have finished like when they get better before they came and did the final seal. All the timing issues were kind of poor like the first time they came out, they did not realize to bring in strippers. We had to make a second appointment. Then, they did bring it out and it was not completely done. So, there was a third appointment for them to come back to do the final sealing. There is nothing particularly negative or positive about them. Other than the frustration of not going right for the first couple of times, I guess they did their best. It was just really difficult because they were scheduled several weeks out for trying to get something to where they come back relatively quick was difficult. Other than that, it was okay I guess

Since then I have brought in 2 providers in to give me estimates on what it would cost to fix it. Now I am forced having to fix it which is $1300.00. I want my money back and them taken off Angie’s List for tile cleaners or offering this deal. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to grouting.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was excellent. We were very satisfied with their service and we would probably use them again. They were prompt and they called before they got here. They did a very good job.

They were very professional and I was very pleased with their work. Good, honest company!

We purchased the Big Deal for grout and caulk repair ($99). After several exchanged phone calls we were able to get service scheduled. Individual who showed up was actually an independent grout/tile contractor. He looked over what we wanted done and said he could do it for an $100 plus materials. The price seemed fair, and he was able to get everything done in about 2 hours. The work looked fine and blended in pretty well. Later our plumber found that a drain plug had been caulked over, which inch caused our shower to back up. But he removed the caulk and everything worked fine again. The work was fine, but in the future I would prefer to use a company performing the work directly (as opposed to referring me to a sub-contractor.

Christine called me after I made my appointment and she gave me a window of one hour when they would be at my house. They actually arrived a little bit earlier than that and I was really pleased with that. She told me it would take about an hour to clean the grout and then seal it. She was in and out in the hour. Very professional and responsive to my questions and my floor looks amazing! Can't believe my kitchen floor looks so good. I would definitely use her services again.

It went very well. They were professional, capable and did a great job on the floors. Sure do like people who know what they are doing and do it cheerfully. Would use them again. The rate is an Angie's Big Deal rate.

The lady, Christine, who I dealt with was very professional, efficient and timely. She responded to all my questions and made us feel comfortable about the service. One of the things apart from others were they arrived on time and the job was done in about 1 hour and was done very professionally. I was very impressed with their level of service and the quality of work. Our 10 year old carpet looks brand new and what wonders it did to our home. I will use them again in the future if we decide to keep the carpet.

So smoothly! They arrived exactly on time, were really nice and responsive and took a lot of pride in their work. She was distraught that the pet stains didn't all come out, but they were really bad and the carpet is cheap - they actually look better than I thought they could! I was really impressed with how clean they got the stairs and the rest of the carpet that wasn't stained. I plan to use them again for cleaning my hard surface floors soon.

I was contacted beforehand letting me know when they would arrive. They also let me know what I should do beforehand to expedite the service (vacum, move things off the tile). They (Christine was the lead that I talked to) worked quickly and professionally to get the tile and grout cleaned and then sealed. She left me instructions on when we could walk on it and what I could do to expedite drying. As I said, a professionally handled job from purchase, scheduling and service delivery. I'm completely satisfied. I knew my tile was dirty, but their cleaning gave it an entirely new look. Thanks much !

Provider on time , clean up was acceptable, Work was professional and looked great.

Everything was great. They were on time & knocked it out quickly. They even came back and cleaned up some of the extra sealant that was on the tile when I asked.

They were very professional, clean and good. The service did not meet my expectations. I thought the grout would be back to its original form but it was not. They did clean the tile well. I would not use them for carpet cleaning because it was $75 for one room and a hallway, the price was extremely expensive.

The employee was courteous and timely. It was an adequate job for the price. Our carpet is fairly old so my expectations were limited. I would recommend for a "basic" cleaning. Not so sure if you need a deep cleaning.

Our place is a little hard to find so we had a couple of phone calls from them trying to find us. Not their fault at all. They arrived just a bit late, but they were very organized and had everything ready to go quickly. There were two of them and they were a great team. We had just moved into the house in October, so the floors really needed some help. They were very careful of new pain and of all the furniture, and they were very quick and efficient. They did a great job of steam cleaning the tile, and there was quite a bit of it. At the end we looked it all over and found some spots that I hadn't been able to get up. She used some special cleaner to get them up and was even able to identify what they were. I was very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time , gave me the estimate and did the work as per the schedule.

I had previously used Snyders Carpet cleaning and was happy with their service. I purchased a package for my sister to use. She wanted to wait until after the holidays to use it. Unfortunately she started having back problems in December and ultimately had to have back surgery in early February. Her recovery was longer than anticipated (she still cannot move heavy items) and this package expired. She called Snyder's two days after the expiration date, explained her situation and why she couldn't call before, absolutely no response. She waited a week and called again, again no response. I can understand if Snyders was not interested in honoring the deal because it was expired, but at least give her the courtesy of a phone call and say that, don't just ignore her. That isn't even poor customer service, that is no customer service. Unfortunately for them they have lost two customers because I will not be dealing with them again either.

Prompt, professional and very friendly. And yes i will use them again.
