Christine Snyder was excellent to work with. When I called and left my contact information she returned my call the same day and set up an appointment. She and her partner were very professional. Most of our home is tile so was a fairly large job. They were in and out in about three hours. Would use their service again and would refer to family and friends.

I was very pleased with the service I just received from Christina Snyder. She called an hour ahead and told me she was in route. She and her associate arrived right on time. The coupon indicated 300 sq ft. would be cleaned and sealed for $149. She measured the floor and I decided for just alittle more money I'd have her clean and seal the the grout in my utility room as well. There were still a few small items that needed to be removed from the utility room. They went the extra mile and removed those items for me. They thoroughly scrubbed the grout and tile. Next, they brought in fans in order to dry the grout and, then, sealed it. I highly recommend them.

Not a great experience. The truck they came in looked like it was about to fall apart, and the professionalism of the technician was not up to our expectations.

The representatives were very professional and the job performed met expectations.

The cupon price was $119.95 but when they got here it went to $159. The cleaning was incomplete and I had to go over spots myself after they left. The carpet stayed wet for over 24 hours.

They did a really professional job and was in and out very quickly the carpet looked new.

They arrived on time and in good spirits. They worked hard to clean all of the kitchen tiles and grout. They were pleasant and efficient.

Carpets very wet when they left. Fragrance for spot cleaning was strong however once the carpets dried it was fine.

The folks at Snyder's were great!! I had received an Angie's list deal earlier in the year, but was too busy to take advantage of it at the time. When I finally had the time I contacted them and they were extremely helpful. I explained what I needed and mentioned that I had received their earlier deal. They were willing to make a similar, but not as good of a deal with me, but I was very satisfied with their estimate based on my sq footage. BTW: I was only going to do the kitchen & hallway until I saw their work! And decided to add on the 2 baths. They were professional, timely, and did an excellent job! I'm probably one of few that still have carpet in part of my house, and intent on contacting them in the future for cleaning. I would recommend them to any member! A+ in my book!

They did a wonderful job! I have pets, which causes me to have stains on my carpet. Snyder carpet cleaners pre-treated the stains and did a wonderful job of getting them clean.

Punctual, professional, personable. The work was done quickly and well. Unfortunately, it appears the stains in one room just aren't completely treatable, but there was noticeable improvement.

The people were very friendly and they got it done pretty quickly. There was a part of the door that got damaged during the work. I was getting ready to redo the door anyway so I told them if it didn't work out or if I couldn't glue it back, I would let them know. They were understanding in asking me to let them know if there was something they could do. It ended up working itself out with whatever I was able to do and it was fine. The service was better than average and the work was average. They were on time and they were there when they said they would be. I didn't compare their pricing.

Christine contacted us to confirm our appointment the day before. Her and Brent were on time and got right to work. They sprayed the floors with a solution then scrubbed the grout. It was amazing all the dirt being removed. Next they used some sort of scrubber/washer/steamer machine. Once the floors were cleaned they placed heavy duty floor fans to dry the floors quickly. Last step was to apply the grout sealer. Once the job was complete it was amazing to see how much the grout had lightened up. Very pleased from start to finish with this company. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and great to work with. I would not hesitate to refer them to others. Will definitely use them again in the future. I was skeptical so I called Christine before I purchased the deal. She was wonderful! Answered all my questions and told me to feel free to call her if I had more. They did an excellent job! I was nervous about the door being open for their hoses and the Mosquitoes getting in. They put their truck in our alley and really jumped through hoops to make me happy. Great job, great people, great price!

I purchased a Big Deal for $149 back in December for 300 sq ft of Tile and Grout Cleaning & Sealing for my kitchen/breakfast room combo. I ended up doing the kitchen/breakfast room, plus laundry room, plus three bathrooms, but the additional money I spent was well worth it. Christine and Brent were very efficient and did a fantastic job on the tile and grout. I was amazed how years of ground-in dirt in the kitchen grout came out - I had tried doing it myself with various cleaners and scrubbers without much success, but these folks are pros at it. I made the huge mistake of getting white tile and grout in several bathrooms, and they also restored it to like new condition. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

Snyder's arrived on time and got right to work. Professional and thorough. Left us with clear instructions regarding how to preserve their work. Would highly recommend

Floor is beautiful. Just like new after 7 years of spills and grime. It's hard to know how sealer works until tested with a stain, but the process was meticulous.

It was just standard carpet cleaning and it went fine. They were in and out. It was for a total of 4 rooms.

This was the second time I used these guys. They do good work for a fair price.
