They were very professional and efficient. They did such an amazing job, it was so much better than I could have ever expected. My tile and grout look brand new and I am so delighted with them.

They did a good job. There was no additional cost. They did a great job. My carpet looked awesome. It was lots of clean we have two cats, so we have got high traffic areas where the cats run and my carpet look new when they got done with it. I would use them again.

The owner herself did the cleaning of our carpets. Our carpets were in terrible shape between dirt, people, and pet stains, but that did not deter them. After pretreating the carpets, they kept working at getting as many stains out as possible and even spent a little extra time on a particularly dirty area right inside the back door. Could not have been happier with the result!

They gave me a reminder call the day before service. Called to let me know they were on the road and ETA. They arrived near the start of the time frame offered. Walked through with me for trouble spots, then quickly and efficiently went to work.

I purchased a big deal from them and they wre quick to respond that they would not be able to do the dates. I told them what I wanted done and they let me know that they could not do that. It felt that the work they could do was limited but they were up front and honest about it.

The detail in the clean was pretty good.

It went well. I am satisfied with the results. The jobs were done efficiently.

We had initially scheduled our carpets to be cleaned and possibly tile as well for early August 2013. Due to unforeseen circumstances and life events, we have had to reschedule a few times. Christine has been a pleasure to work with and very professional, pleasant, and accommodating in adjusting to our schedules and we look forward to service being performed in December of this year.

Took a couple of days for them to schedule, and then it was almost three weeks before they could get there. They were the ONLY carpet cleaners we've ever used that didn't try to upsell us, so that's great! They were prompt and did an overall good job. I did have a few spots show up again just a couple of days later, but I think I have gotten rid of them. Overall, they did a decent job.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. I think there is something wrong with the man, I had to call my husband in from his job. We have tile all throughout the bottom of the house and we also installed the tile ourselves, and I know exactly what the color of the tile was and what the color of the grout is. I tried to explain it to the man, he would not listen, he kept saying that there were different color tiles, and when I told him that we put them in ourselves, he started shaking his fist at me and said ''bullshit'', and he got really really upset, like he was going to get unglued, and he started jumping up and down. She put him outside, but I called my husband, because it was either I call my husband, or I call the police. They didn't do a good job. They didn't clean the tile, they sprayed some liquids on the tile, and that was it. I disliked everything about them, he was so out of control, that I was shocked, I have never had any workman come in and behave like that. She literally had to put him outside. My most important thing was that they clean the tile, which they didn't. I would not recommend them to any body, and I would not use them again. If you don't have a big dog in your house, or you don't have your husband, around, I would not allow them in the house.

It went very well, they were very professional and they did a good job. We paid a little more because we asked them to do some extra rugs. Their pricing was very fair as well and they were right on time for work.

It was very good but they were a little slow in contacting us. I made an appointment two weeks out and then I had to change the appointment because I was having construction work done on the house so I wanted to wait until that was finished. So when I changed it, again it was two weeks out so I guess they stay pretty busy but they came on time. They were professional and they answered all my questions. They were in and out and did a good job.

It went really well, they were on time.

After an initial miscommunication regarding the appt. date/time, they did a really great job with the floors and were in and out in about an hour and a half. There was a noticeable difference on the tile & grout in all the rooms.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was amazing. I didn't know I had white grout. They did such a good job. It still looks very nice a year later. They were on time and very professional. The price was definitely excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

It went very well, except for the negatives indicated below. The appointment time was at noon; the service called the morning of the scheduled day and asked if they could start the work earlier. We agreed and they arrived about an hour and a half before the scheduled start time. When the service arrived, they were very courteous. We went over the areas to be cleaned and discussed the additional cost for the cleaning of more areas than those for which we had prepaid. We agreed on the additional cost and they then performed the work in about an hour. We paid the additional cost and the service then departed the premises. The carpets dried in about eight hours. The negatives associated with the experience were that we were asked by the service provider to vacuum the areas that we wanted to have cleaned and to move furniture from those areas. We did both; vacuuming the entire area in a short period of time was a fair amount of work for us The furniture that we moved was chairs, end tables and a small desk. We have had our carpets cleaned commercially previously; this was the first time in our experience that the service provider asked that we do those two things prior to them doing their work. We would probably not use this service again if we were requested to vacuum and move furniture. We think they did a very good job of cleaning the carpets, though, and we would consider using them again but for the advance preparation they requested of us.

They were punctual and seem to work hard.

Fantastic ! Have used them once before. Always stick to original planned schedule. Call ahead day before and hour or so before arrival. Very friendly, courteous and their process does an outstanding job on the carpet with minimal wear and dries within a few hours. Carpet always looks great, brand new when completed. Plan to always stay with Snyderand would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. They had a limit on the square footage area and all the area fit into the limit area. The sealer looked good for a while, but it had not lasted that long. They were very friendly. They were very nice and worked very hard. I didn't know what the expected time was for it to stay clean and I was hoping it stayed longer, but it didn't. It is beginning to look that it needs the cleaning again. It was a good price. I didn't remember any problem at all. They were here on time.

I had a Big Deal for $99 for three rooms and a hall. I added another room for an additional $40. They said that the regular price for the additional room was $50 but they did it for $40 since I had the Deal. The guy who cleaned my carpets was nice, on time and professional throughout the process. He gave me a quote for cleaning & sealing my grout also.

After purchasing Angie's list deal, I called for an appointment. It was set up for the following week. She called me the night before to remind me that I needed to vacumn before they arrived and also to move anything that I wanted moved and cleaned under. I moved stuff and vacumned and they arrived on time and made short work of the cleaning. As she said, "they don't mess arount" They are good, fast and professional. They Scotchguarded one area for free. I will use them again when needed....

They were very prompt. Arrived on time, introduced themselves and set to work. I was not sure about their process since I have had my rugs steamed cleaned regularly. Over the years. Rugs were spot cleaned, and cleaned properly. Very impressed. Like the way my carpet was cleaned.

I think they did a good job of cleaning. I asked her when she left if she would give me an idea of how much it would be if I call them back the next day when it was on the special Angie's list and she said she would email me the cost of having it done next year or whatever I wanted to call back and she never did call back. I would use them again.

They were very pleasant, friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Christine Snyder was very easy to speak with on the phone and she is a very pleasant, patient person. She did the work herself with one other person. They took care not to damage the wood flooring in our entryway and cautioned us to be careful when walking from one surface to another and did a thorough job. Our Big Deal purchase did not cover the entire service but we knew there would be extra costs involved. We probably would not use their service again just because of the cost.
