I have no complaints about this service. Performed as listed on the Big Deal.

Tried to get them to use an expensive sealant that we had purchased, but ours required more labor. They used their own. Came out splotchy, Although not really noticeable. I assume it's sealed, but hard to know. They worked hard.

the only knock I have is that this service did not get my carpets as clean as I would have liked, or what I have had done in the past

Played phone tag for a little while. But, once we connected everything went smooth. They were quick and did a great job.

They were professional, timely, and efficient. Tile and grout look brand new.

They were great. The carpets were cleaned well. More importantly, in my view, they didn't try to nickle and dime me when they came out. Too often a carpet cleaning company wants to charge you more for a number of bogus items. They did advise that they also have the capability to clean tile floors and grout which I will consider in the future.

Just thought they could be moe professional and do a better job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a great job. They were on time, came in and were busy bees. The tile looks like brand new; it was very nice. I called and they called me right back. We set an appointment that we could agree on with the time. They were here on time and went right to work. They cleaned up and the tile still looks great. The price was great; I would expect to pay more than that.

They showed up on time. They were friendly and polite. did the three rooms plus the stairs for a little extra fee. the carpets looked great.

The service and people were excellant. I would recommend them to all my friends. Great job.

After having to reschedule because of equipment failure, Christine came out the day promised a few weeks later (we were picky about the day of the week we could schedule) and was able to bring back most of the life in our 10 year old light carpet. The RotoVac has so far been the only machine that works consistently to get carpet clean through and through and the results were exactly as expected. We had them work on one more area than what was covered in the Big Deal promotion at a cost of $35 which was reasonable.

It was fine. They were nice, on time, and did their work. However, there were several restrictions they can't do - for example, cannot clean the tiles treated with wax. Other than the tiles cleaner, there was no big differences before and after sealing.

The company showd up on at the time they said that they would, they first informed me on what to except and then proceed to perform the task. They were done in a very short time. I was very pleased with the results. My carpet is very old, but after the company was done, it lloked like new.

Great job. We have white tile and grout - grout was very clean after they were here. Highly recommended.

I was really very happy with this company--both the results and the service along the way. The proprietor was very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and thoroughly--very efficient. My carpets looked wonderful when they left, and they remained that way even after everything was totally dry. (I've had experiences before where the carpets look good at first, but once it's all dry it's not as great as first thought.) I would definitely use them again.

They provided many additional hours, which we paid for. Service was quick, well done, and we were requested to review all work prior to payment. I kept them for almost a year. Our financial situation changed, so we could not continue scheduled maintenance. I hope their business expands.

Purchased a Big Deal coupon to have grout in kitchen and foyer cleaned. The tile in the kitchen was really bad. The previous owners had not sealed the grout and my daughter had waste tea in one spot. Synder's did a terrific job of removing the stain and restoring the rest of the grout to original color. I discussed cleaning tile in the upstairs bathrooms and sealing tile downstairs, but decided against it as I felt the price for the additional work was too high.

they cleaned 3 rooms in my home. the technitions arrived on time (calling ahead ) ,were professional and answered my questions about drying time etc.. My carpets look much better and I will definitly use Synder's

Excellent - it was last minute to schedule them and they communicated when they were expected to arrive. They were courteous and meticulous. They suggested what to do with a couple places the carpet was coming unraveled to correct the issues. They didn't suggest a lot of extra services (like some do) - they just asked what my goal was and stuck to getting that done. I have dogs - they handled the troublesome areas perfectly. Thanks, Mary

Christine contacted me via email to set up a date and time to arrive, and they arrived 30 minutes early, which was fine because it was an afternoon appointment and I had removed everything I could from the floors except heavy furniture by then. They cleaned the areas that didn't have furniture on them. Our house has old carpet that has been here since before my husband and I moved here, about 22 years ago, so they did a good job in making the carpet look much cleaner, but I was a little disappointed that it didn't really smell much cleaner or fresher for some reason. However, this could be due to the fact that our carpet is so old. I gave this service a B rating because I am not sure that I couldn't have hired another carpet cleaning company for this price to do the same job without a Big Deal, and I would have liked to have known in advance that furniture would not be moved (other than two small items on casters in an office area) in response to an email sent to them. However, Christine was very professional and pleasant to work with, and I was pleased that the carpet looked much cleaner. The appointment lasted about 45 minutes.

good thorough job as promised. We have used them twice...

I was not home during the cleaning. My husband said that they called and arrived before the appointed time. Which was great. The outcome on the carpet looks very good. All the dirty spots from dog accidents were removed. Advise was given as to what product to use for this time of spots. We were very satisfied with Snyder's Carpet Care and will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Snyder's Carpet Care did a great job. The carpets were clean and they were very friendly. I spent more because I asked them to Scotch Brite every room.

It didn't turn out too well with Snyder's Carpet Care. They certainly didn't respond on my complain. I think it took about six weeks to schedule.

This is the second time we've had Christine back. She does an excellent job! We will be using her in the future
