They cleaned and repaired my carpeted areas. |They were very professional and helpful.

I called the company a few weeks before the expiration date to schedule an appointment. They had no dates available before the expiration date, and they told me they would not honor it after the date. Since I called before the expiration date, they should have given me the service for the coupon price I paid.

They arrived on time, were professional & friendly, did several extra services I requested. I will definitely use them again.

Moved into home where the tile had not been cleaned in years. Tried to clean the tile ourselves with poor results coupled with the large area to be cleaned, we decided to contact a professional. Christine was extremely helpful when she called as we discussed the scope of the work to be performed. She asked questions on items I had not considered and did so in a positive manner. They arrived on time and went straight to work. The results were amazing and it proved to me that all the reviews on Angies list were correct, Snyder's knows their craft well.

It was good. We would recommend them. They were able to remove the stains. It met our expectations.

Everything was really good. I was not home when they did it but when I came home, the tiles looked great. They did a great job.

Have used some of the large chain carpet cleaners before and they all did a good job. When checking on Angie's List, I noticed that Snyder's Carpet Care was by far and away very highly rated over their competitors. I thought I would try them out to see if they really were better. They are a small local company that work in the DFW area. Called office and Christine (owner) picked up and we scheduled an appointment. They called the day before and 15 minutes out on the day of the appointment as a reminder. I was a little surprised when both Christine and Brent (owners) arrived at my door promptly and on time. I guess I was expecting an anonymous crew. They were friendly, nice, neat, and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner including a minor repair area. After they left and the carpet began to dry, I noticed that the carpet actually looked cleaner than some of the previous cleanings by other companies. Wasn't sure if it was the extra time they put in or the cleaning solution used, but it was a great job. Will use Snyder's Carpet Care again.

Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!! They were extremely professional and very knowedledable. They called in the morning to confirm appointment and again when they were a few minutes out. I had my appointment at 2pm and they showed up at 1pm. They provide thoroughly and fast service. Absolutely loved it!!!!!

Arrived on time. Two workers. Cleaned floors in kitchen, entry and one bath. After cleaning, they applied one coat of sealer on the grout. Cleaned up before they left. First grout cleaning we have had done. Has not stayed real clean nor has the grout been easily cleaned but maybe that is normal. It's ok but some grout discolored slightly within the month, but perhaps that is the best that can be expected.

It went very well. They charged the big deal price for the grout cleaning and then I had them do extra work, so I paid more. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. I was very happy with the price and the outcome. I would use them again.

It was hard to coordinate with the company on service. In additional the coupon was different that what I ex[ected. It was only for grout cleaning. I thought it could be used for groupt repair and cleaning. Could not fully use the service due to having some grout repair work was needed. They told me that they don't do this kind of work. Did offer to come back and clean grout once the reapirs are made.

The team from Snyders were punctual and did a good job accommodating to my schedule. I purchased the big deal from them and had them clean carpets in my house prior to it's sale. They also did a good job of cleaning some spots that were tough to clean and were honest in letting me know what they could not clean. They were very professional and courteous to deal with and finished the job on time.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. They were perfectly adequate.

They did a good job. The carpet stayed wet for quite a while, but I think that is pretty normal. They were very flexible and responsive to work with me on a tight schedule.

Performed all work that was estimated and did a very nice job. It was a little expensive but the tile looked fabulous when they finished which was the main thing. Would recommend them if anyone is in need of getting their tile floor cleaned and grout sealed.

met the owners friendly folks and they cleaned the floors but the grout did not look any better then before a routine sweeping and mopping.

What can I say.; They cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and the travertine and grout in the two baths. Sealed the master bath and the kitchen They did a great job. I would recommend them any time. No phony upcharges.
