They did a good job. I was happy with them. I would recommend them. I don’t have any bad things to say about them. I was happy with their work.

She did a good job but I don't think she did an accurate measurement. I was trying to do a sitting area in the kitchen, grout and a towel cleaning and she said she didn't have time to do that. She's blunt in the guy that was with her and I was even questioning her measurement. Even though she did a good job that's why I have not called her back because I didn't feel like she was fair about that and I also didn't feel like she did an accurate measurement. So I haven't dealt with her since then. She over measured or extended the measurement. The deal was 300 square feet and she said that I was outside of that...she did charge extra. I said we don't have time for that...I was just not pleased with her even with her good discount. I didn't like her attitude.

Right on time, worked hard, I had hoped for better results, hard to tell if it was stained grout or the cleaners.

Christine and an assistant arrived on time and performed the service needed in a thoroughly professional manner. They were polite and made good suggestions for the future care of my tile surfaces. They worked quickly and efficiently and the price paid was the one oriiginally quoted. I will use them again and definitely recommend then to others without reservation.

They were good. I would use them again if I was still in Dallas.

I had the sealant for the grout work. Christine said they would be using their own tools & sealant. She also said they would clean the tiles before resealing the grout. I expressed no interest in the cleaning of the tiles because the tile didn't have spots or dirt and were only installed a year before. She explained that it was easier, quicker, and more effective for them to clean the tiles and the grout at the same time. I said OK. Christine and the fella spent most of the majority of their time cleaning the tile floors ... then ... they rushed through the resealing of the grout ... and ... as a result ... in several areas ... the sealant overflowed onto the tile. Each of them had a rag and soaked up some of the excess sealant from some of the areas ... but ... they didn't wring out their rag &/or change to additional clean rags so eventually their rags became soaked so much that the rest of the excess sealant areas were not removed ... and ... the sealant became smeared on some of the tile &/or left spots on other tiles in other areas. I was pleased with the cleaning of the grout ... but ... not pleased with the resealing. The resealing was my main priority but apparently their least priority. I mentioned to Christine my concern re: the overflow onto the tiles and the spots but she said it would wash away with normal washing of the floor. They had another appointment and were quickly packing up to leave. I didn't believe anything would be gained by discussing it any further with her. I've waited a couple of years to submit a review because I was hoping that indeed the spots and overflow sealant (outside the lines of the grout) would wash away. There wasn't a "massive mess" to clean up ... but ... in my opinion ... they weren't patient or diligent enough in following the grout lines &/or wiping up the sealant overflows (in other words ... if they had just slowed down and done the job more diligently ... there wouldn't have been "any mess" at all to clean up with future washings of the floors). Christine felt they had provided me with their normal quality sealing performance and after a couple of washings of the floors everything will be OK. Fortunately ... some of the areas did improve after several washings and rubbing however others did not. Everyone can have an "off" day but I would have been more satisfied if they had done a better job. I did not contact Christine when I needed to reseal the tile grout work in other areas of the house. A different company did the master bedroom, master & guest bathrooms, and the patio off of the master bedroom. They too cleaned the tiles first and did the resealing of the grout with the same long tools used by Snyder's ... but ... they were much more attentive to the sealing job and cleaned up "any & all" over flows as they happened. The did a perfect job for the same amount of floor space and at a very similar price (note: The 2nd company took 1/2 hour longer on the sealing but did a great job).

Did a good job, but there were extra services that we were talked into purchasing by the employee at the time of service. The deal was for $99. For an extra $119 we got a deep clean.

It went very fast. I had moved all furniture and had done a deep vacuuming prior to appointment. All carpet cleaning procedures were completed in about an hour using a truck mounted system. I did have stains that I knew would probably not come out, so that is not an issue. This was not a deep cleaning that I had expected. It seemed to be only a surface cleaning. The carpet dried very quickly - in just a few hours. I have a Rainbow Vacuum which uses water to collect all dirt and debri collected when vacuuming, so it is easy to see what was left behind after the carpet cleaning. The water is just as dirty as before. The carpet does not look clean or feel clean.

I paid for a carpet cleaning deal. No one contacted me by phone, email or message within Angie's List. I finally left them a message within Angie's List. The ad in Angie's list says they will contact you, so that is why I waited. In any case, when I talked to someone they described what they would not do...very negative approach. They will not lift up furniture and clean under furniture. They do not have the blocks most carpet cleaning companies use to put under furniture so they can clean. Strange...why not? They expected me to vacuum the carpet before they came and put up all things out of their way. I have used many carpet cleaning companies and they have all put the furniture up and vacuumed the carpet as they cleaned it. They are not very customer oriented. I felt like I should be paid for at least half of the work associated with carpet cleaning.

Although I was pleased with the results, there are service providers who offer the same cleaning for around $100.00. For that reason, I am unsure if I will use them again.

Totally outstanding service from start to finish. Arrived on time, everything done professionally. Priced reasonable and very satified. Would use again.

We were moving out and this company did an excellent job.

They came on time. They explained everything. They were efficient and courteous. They left me with a clean fresh smelling carpet. I could not ask for more.

They were wonderful! Courteous & punctual, they did a great job on our carpets. We have a big dog who tracks in mud, no matter what we do to clean her paws. The cleaning completely resorted our carpets and they look brand new! Very happy and will use them again.

Arrived on time at noon and called about 15 minutes ahead of time. Very friendly and finished within the hour. Carpets look great and would definitely use them again! In fact, I plan to use them to clean my tile next.

I bought the service to have my carpet cleaned and put 3 available dates and times I would be available to have the carpet cleaned. He responded with a date which was a month out and during times I am at work. I sent a second email asking if they had anything sooner and did they work Saturdays. I received a second email with another date during the day which would not work, because I have to work. I called and spoke to someone directly and was informed they did not work after 5 pm or on weekends. The representative at Synder's was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. She then informed me I could contact Angie's List to request a refund.

Snyder arrived on time and did a exceptional job of cleaning our kitchen tile.

The technicians were awesome. This was a husband and wife team and they were very thorough. It had been a couple of years since we had this type of service, and they did a much better job than the company before. They were very timely, and were able to get the job done quickly. We feel like we really got a good deal and will be using them again.

They did a great job cleaning my carpet, were very professional and helpful. I would use again.

The staff was very friendly, described the work they would do, and understood my goals. I was not optimistic that the grout in my kitchen could be cleaned, as we had tried just about everything we could think of to get it clean. Snyder's was able to get it completely clean, and sealed the grout so it will remain clean. Snyder's exceeded my expectations, that's the best way to sum it up.

They were efficient and did a good job. Answered all my questions and gave special attention to a couple of areas where the tile was especially stained/dirty. Looked great after they were done. Very happy with service and price.

They were very courteous. However, they could not meet my schedule and suggested I call Angie's list and ask for a refund.

They cleaned my grout. I am totally satisfied with Snyders Carpet Care Will use them in the future for carpet care and grout cleaning. Awesome company.
