It was fine. The only thing was I didn’t realize that we have been in this house like 21 years when we built it. I didn’t realize that they didn’t fill the grout when they put the floor in. So I told them that it has not been filled yet. So when they cleaned it, some of the fill came up, some didn’t and the grout was half-light and half dark. And he told me that we would have to remove all the sealant before they could put it on because theirs was clear which is a little frustrating. We are quite not sure what we are going to do. But they surely cleaned the tile. The tile was fantastic.

I scheduled the appointment far in advance and they arrived on time. The price was slightly higher than what I had been quoted for work on some additional areas. I was quoted an extra $80 for the work and it ended up costing about an additional $120. They completed the work in a little less than a couple of hours. I didn’t ask them for any additional treatment and they were able to get an ink stain removed from the carpeting in the bedroom. They did a very good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were very good. We paid additional because we had them do a bunch more.

Amazing !!! I am so happy with the job Snyder's did on my tile and grout that if I could I would sing the praises to the world! Okay really they showed up on time- which was good as my husband was the one at home waiting on them, they called 30 minutes out, happy about that and they showed up and were professional per my husband- which that is a big compliment to say the least. I had made all the arrangements with Christine and she relayed that to my husband and he let them do their work- they told him it would take about 2 hrs and that was true. My husband told me that they came in scrubbed the grout and that next thing someone else was running the machine to clean the tile and the grout, next thing they turned on our ceiling fans and brought more fans in so that the floor would dry out for the application of the sealant for the grout. They applied the sealant, and instructed my husband on waiting period before we could put things back. So I walk in after work- and I was amazed, it looks like we had new white grout put in and the tile was shining- I never thought it could look this good- this is the day after and I am still so excited about going home to see my beautiful floors. I am so pleased with Snyder's I have told all my friends about the wonderful job they did - My husband and I are so happy as they were reasonably priced, on time and did an outstanding job! Thanks to Snyders and Angie's I am enjoying my Valentines Day with a huge smile on my face!

It went really well. We had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating.

They cleaned the living room downstairs, 2 bedrooms, stairs, and small landing. They did a fine job. They added some extra money because they had to clean the stairs, even though I'd explained beforehand that I didn't have a 4th room.

I purchased a coupon for carpet cleaning, I was contacted promptly and we scheduled a date good for both of us. The team arrived on time and very professional, this put me at ease as they came into my home and I have 2 dogs, Christine was friendly with my dogs and that made calmed everyone down so that they could come in with their equipment and start their work. They laid down a towel so that they would not drag dirt through the house, they answered all my questions about the process and went to work- finished the job and will say this- my carpets never looked so good, and smelled great. Two days later they still looked good and I had a party in my home and people were asking me - is this new carpet? The process I had with the roto carpet cleaning and I am so happy with Snyder's that they are coming back out to clean my tile and grout this week. Thank you Angie's List as since I have started using your services I have been satisfied with my services and I have saved so much money! I am so impressed with the specials and making my life so much easier!

I contacted Snyder's in mid-December 2013 to schedule carpet cleaning. Christine responded within the two business days stated in their offer; unfortunately the next available date in our area was 1/6/14 (which was then delayed until 1/7 due to icy weather). I cleared the room of everything except a piano and a TV armoire, then vacuumed thoroughly. I really appreciate that Christine keeps in contact by phone prior to arriving so you know exactly when to expect them. She and Brent arrived right on time and we did a walk-through. Though I had less square footage than the coupon included, I wanted five areas cleaned and the coupon only included four so I added another area plus extra Scotchguard application to our contract. My cream-color carpet hadn't been cleaned in several years and there were many stains that I hadn't been able to remove with spot cleaning, especially in the hallway, but the main issue was overall dirty gray traffic areas. The Rotovac machine/solution did a really good job of cleaning the carpet; there were still some slightly visible spots but I knew that they might not disappear entirely. I kept the living room ceiling fan going at high speed as well as a small floor fan at the end of the hallway. I waited a few days to be sure the carpet was completely dry and then contacted Christine because I could see some dirty gray streaks in the middle of the living room; they looked like still-dirty areas in between clean Rotovac-sized swaths. I sent Christine some photos and she advised me that they would come and re-clean that area but could not do it until Jan. 31. Again, they were very prompt to arrive at the agreed-upon time and got right to work and even cleaned a large spot that seemed to have wicked up at the end of the hallway. When they finished it looked as though the streaks and spot were gone and I was very happy that I'd get the use of my living room back after the carpet dried. Unfortunately, when I got up the next morning both areas that had been re-serviced were discolored a pink/orange-tinged brown. I know this sometimes happens when carpet is left too wet but the carpet was not overly wet. I sent descriptions/photos to Christine and we discussed possible causes. She and Brent returned on Feb. 3 and used the steam cleaning wand with a low-PH fiber rinse. Upon drying, these areas looked MUCH better but a small amount of discoloration remained in parts of the living room. I reported the remaining 'browning' to Christine and told her I had been searching online for possible causes and about what to do next . Most info. pointed to high-PH (alkaline) products so I asked what products Snyder's had used. The PH level of their products was right in line with what is recommended for my carpet so I could only assume that quite a bit of high-PH soap residue remained after the first re-cleaning and was only partially neutralized with the last low-PH rinse. I told Christine I had purchased a Bissell cleaning machine to clean my upholstered furniture and that the only thing I thought might help is to rinse the affected area again with plain hot water. She had no other suggestions and did not offer to come back and do another rinse with their steam equipment and low-PH solution. Yesterday I used the Bissell machine to rinse the discolored area with plain water and I could see some soap foam in the extracted water. Today I vacuumed the dry carpet and can no longer see any brown patches. In addition, I can no longer detect a few pale yellow/brown spots that remained after the first Rotovac cleaning so I assume perhaps they also were due to product that wasn't completely rinsed out. Overall I think Snyder's does good work and I will probably use them again when I am ready to have some bedroom carpets cleaned because I think the Rotovac and their steam system can do a much better initial cleaning than I can. They are also prompt, courteous, and timely in communicating with their clients. I understand that it cost them time/money to return two extra times to remedy the problems on this job (which was a very good 'Deal' discounted price), however I think they should have offered to do another rinse since the discoloration was not there until they worked on that area.

Everything turned out nicely. They were very upfront when setting expectations for what they would be able to do, and they stated that they would understand if I chose to cancel the service because of this. In addition, they were responsive when I emailed them, the two-person team was friendly and professional, and the work was done well.

They did a great job in about an hour and a half.

The D is for the poor quality of the final product, the floor was still very dirty when they left. It was a husband and wife team, they have multiple businesses. As the husband was cleaning the carpet, the wife was persistently trying to sell you on the other services. It was very uncomfortable as we weren't expecting this to happen. We had to have another service come and clean the carpet as the carpet wasn't clean. That service (Dalworth) did a great job. They were nice people, just the final product was poor as was the attempted sales of the other businesses they had. I won't use them again.

Have a dachshund that doesn't always make it outside...got spots and smell out:-)Very professional and friendly people.

They were on time, and very efficient at their work. I had purchased an Angie's List coupon for $149 for 300 sq. ft. of cleaning , and that took care of the kitchen. In addition, I asked them to clean the master bedroom shower stall, which was $129. They did a good job, and were very professional.

There was a misunderstanding about the cost so I decided not to use the deal.

It worked out very well. In fact I hired them on another deal to clean my tile and the grout and I did realize that I had done another deal with them to do my carpets later. They did a great job on both aspects. The last thing they did for me was the carpet cleaning. They were prompt, they did an excellent job and I was very happy with it.

They did a good job. I was happy with them. I would recommend them. I don’t have any bad things to say about them. I was happy with their work.
