Were very fast and efficient. Carpet looked brand new after it dried. Will use again.

It turned out really well. It went smooth and they did a great job. The only snag was the communication in the beginning as far as their getting back to me for the appointment, the prices and stuff but it turned out well. I was really impressed with the quality of their work and their price was good. They came out shortly after I purchased the big deal. I bought two deals because I knew that the job was going to get bigger. I did not do a lot of comparison for the pricing of such service at that time but I think that their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

The service was excellent. They arrived on time and went straight to work. We are very happy with the results. Our crpets look great.

I liked them better than another company I've used. I don't think they did pre-treating of stains. They were very punctual, very friendly and nice to work with. They were thorough. I thought they did a great job on my carpets.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. There were no additional charges. The price was too much for what they did. The bathroom is so small that I figured they would include the shower stall but they wanted extra for that.

The floors had not been cleaned professionally for over 6 years. The floor looks like new and the grout is clean All the grout was then sealed. Great job!

Christina called the day before to confirm the window of arrival and then called 30 minutes prior to arrival; they were punctual, professional and did a great job! I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job cleaning. They charged extra $25 because what I wanted was wall and not just floors. They cleaned as well as they could and they did it quickly. I would particularly recommend them.

I purchased two coupons for 300 sq feet each and paid about $160 for the remaining. Extremely punctual. Owner called several times to confirm time. Cleaning job was thorough. Tile was about 10 years old. I would use them again. Very professional.

Assured me they would return our tile to near new but their work didn't make much difference. This was after they up sold me on several areas of concern. Service guy brought girlfriend with him who stood around waiting for him to finish. She may have been there to help him, but did very little except making him rush to finish. After the up sell they were hurried to do the job which in my opinion caused them to underperform. I would not refer them to anyone.

The process was very quick and thorough. Everything looks perfect.

I was very pleased with their work. My floor tiles were dirty and the grout was extremely dirty. In about an hour they had my kitchen floor looking nearly brand new. I'm very happy and plan to use them again in the future.

Grout was stained, so Christine told me they couldn't remove the stains. This was a investment property I was about to put up on the market, and it sold in 9 days! The buyers were complimenting on how new everything looked, including the tile! Thanks Christine, I believe you helped in selling this property so fast!

Overall, this was a great experience. It was a great deal and I was hopeful we could have found a time closer to when I needed the work done. This was my first purchase and didn't even think to realize they'd be slammed with requests. I'll plan better next time.

Snyder's was on time and very courteous and professional. I walked the rep through the areas to be cleaned and pointed out all the the most troubling areas (needing the most attention). My carpet is old and in very BAD condition. Snyder's overall assessment of my carpet was that it needed to be completely replaced and I totally agree. Unfortunately, due to the cost that would be required, replacing the carpet is not currently an option for me. The rep did explain that there were no guarantees that they would be able to get all of the stains out of the carpet. The rep also offered their Rotovac cleaning system for a deeper clean, for an additional $75.00, which I accepted. When they finished I did inquire as to how long they estimated the dry time would be. They informed me anywhere between 2-12 hours. There are still some damp places over 48 hours later. It also feels like there is some soap or residue left behind in some areas. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, it could be. I'm almost wishing it could be gone over again with only water and no cleaning agents, just to remove any excess residue. Sort of a 'rinse' cycle, perhaps. :) Overall I am very pleased with the service. I know they did the best they could with the condition of my carpet. I wasn't expecting any miracles. I would definitely use Snyder's again and I would recomend them to my friends and family!!!

I think this service provider may be slightly more expensive, but they more than make it up in quality and professionalism. Very much worth it. A top service provider.

Arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning carpet throughout my home. Able to get out unsightly spots.

It went real well. It was something that I had been meaning to do and when I saw it on Angie's List, the special promotion I decided to do it. 2 people came to do the service. They were dressed appropriately for what they were going to do. They were dressed nice. The lady that came made sure that they didn't track anything in or out of the house and they brought some big towels to cover when they went in and out of the house. They made sure not to track anything into the house. They did such a good job I'm gonna have them come back. We have tile in about half the house and they are gonna come back and do more for me.

Grout looks fantastic. So glad I had it done. Added bathroom as well.

Christine was great throughout the process. She contact me promptly after purchasing the deal. We worked through a date and time to preform the work. On the day the work was to be done Christine called to let us know they had a cancellation and could come to our home earlier to do the work. We were good with the earlier time. Christine and her assistant showed up around 30 minutes later. They went to work measuring the amount of flooring to be cleaned. We agreed on the additional cost for the square footage over 300 square feet. Then they went to work. The work was performed professionally and efficiently. Upon completing the work they cleaned up there tools and made sure the surrounding area was cleaned up as well. We are very satisfied with Christine and Snyder's Carpet.

It was fine. The only thing was I didn’t realize that we have been in this house like 21 years when we built it. I didn’t realize that they didn’t fill the grout when they put the floor in. So I told them that it has not been filled yet. So when they cleaned it, some of the fill came up, some didn’t and the grout was half-light and half dark. And he told me that we would have to remove all the sealant before they could put it on because theirs was clear which is a little frustrating. We are quite not sure what we are going to do. But they surely cleaned the tile. The tile was fantastic.
