Great! Did a great job on older, off-white carpet areas. Got out more than we expected possible from our experience with other carpet cleaners. Only failed on two small spots where granddaughter had dripped some pink colored "?" We were happy with the work. We asked for her business card and plan to call them the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

For the age of the carpet, they did a great job in cleaning the areas that needed to be cleaned. They added a cleaner to the mixture that would help with the pet stains.
