The service turned out very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians did a nice job and were very efficient. Scheduling was not an issue.

It was fine. I had them clean a bedroom and a formal room. They were at the house for about 1 ½ hrs – 2 hrs.

First, I was surprised to learn that in addition to the $99 I had already paid for the deal, I also had to pay for the materials (caulk). Second, while the new caulk looked good for a couple of weeks, there were soon cracks and mold coming through again.

They were fine. It is a couple who does their own work and keeps their own schedule. They were punctual and they did a good job. I have had them both at my home and at my rental property. I would use them again in the future or I would do the work myself.

It went fine. They were able to take the coupon for me but they modified to an additional price. They did extra work. They didn’t do necessarily the extra square footage. They just claimed that was more difficult than doing Macau floor, which was intended for the promotion.

The man and women did an excellent job and explained everything we needed to do to keep the tile looking great. If we need further work will use this company again.

We talked with the company several times to estimate the cost of the work. Everything went very smoothly. We were informed about every stage of the work and how to prepare. Our actual preparation on the day of service just involved moving a few things off the tile in the sunroom and breakfast area, then sweeping the floors. I was surprised at how quickly everything was done by only two people, and the tile was shiny and beautiful afterward. Later in the day we put the furniture back and that was it! Great job and well worth the money!

They did a good job cleaning the carpet. They were very easy to work with and I had no problems.

I needed to have carpets cleaned within a 2 day window. I sold my home and wanted the carpets cleaned after I moved out and before the new owners moved in. Snyder's was not available for my requested dates. They were already booked out to the end of May. Because I needed the carpets cleaned, I went with another company that could do the service within my window of time. My emails were answered within a reasonable amount of time. I think they were just too busy for my business. Good for them but bad for me. I did not realize that Angie would refund this purchase. That is great customer service and renews my faith in the service being provided by Angie's List.

This is the second time we have used Snyder's Carpet Care and are extremely pleased. You deal directly with the owner and her partner and they actually come out and do the job. Christine used the "rotovac" carpet cleaner and our 20 year old carpets have never looked this good for at least 10 years. Synder's certainly extended the life of our carpets. If you like dealing direct with a small business owner with a "family" feel, then this is the company for you. Due to their excellent reputation, scheduling can take a little longer and can go out a few weeks due to demand. A problem most business wish they had! Worth the wait in my book.

When I called to schedule, they had a six week wait for scheduling. I could not wait for six weeks so I requested a refund.

This company did OK cleaning the carpets but I must admit I have never before had a carpet cleaning company come in and immediately tell me "We don't move any furniture." When I have carpets cleaned I could do it myself if I wanted to move all the furniture. After all, that is the hard part.

They charged more than anticipated but did a good job.

It went great; she took a picture of our dog and played with her a bit and gave good advice on carpet care and cleaning.

I purchased the deal because I had bought a house and wanted the grout cleaned prior to me moving in. I liked the employees; they were very nice and prompt. However, the grout was not as clean I expected. I could not tell how clean the grout was when they left because it was still wet.

Terrible service, even when I called them.

The work was not performed due to the above reason.

It was a really great experience and he was really good. They were all professional. We used it for our rental property.

They were ontime, very professional and polite. The quality of work was excellent and with my angies list coupon, the price was great. would definitely use them again.

I would like to use her again because it was the best carpet cleaning group I have ever had. My husband could not believe it when he came home. I have never had my carpets so clean. We have a 120-pound dog that lives in the house all the time as well as a little cat.

Everything went well. The service had to be rescheduled once, but that wasn't much of an issue. The two-person team arrived on time and did a good job with the cleaning. Ultimately, I felt as though I received a good value for the quality of service that I received.

It turned out pretty good. It turned out fine. I paid an additional $75 on top of the big deal purchase. I would recommend them again. I was happy with it.

They did a great job. I will call them in the future if needed. They did what they said they were going to do and the outcome was exactly how they said it was going to be. I was happy with their service.
