My experience was fine. They seemed personable. We were happy with the outcome of the carpets. Scheduling an appointment was good.

It went well. My wife organized it all. We have used them again since then. They did a pretty good job. They were on time.

Overall, the service was good. I have used them in the past. I was a little shocked at the final price. The guys were excellent.

This is my 3rd time using Christine. She is great and punctual.

It went so very well from them being on time to doing a remarkably good job and sealing all the grout lines ever so carefully. They are the company you want to take care of your floors. I will probably use them for my marble floors in the future. I recommend them to all interested in a very good job well performed at an excellent price when it was on a special deal They deserve the highest rating

All I expected and wanted - professional, courteous and thorough. I was more than satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend and use them again.

The service went well. Two people came out for the service. They pointed out a few things they could not do for me, but they did do a good job on what they could do. The technicians were very cordial and very nice. They were very informative and I appreciated their honesty. I had no issues with scheduling.

They couldn't schedule me out for over a month, which was unacceptable.

Christine was very nice and professional. My carpet was really bad and had lots of stains and they managed to get them clean and fresh! I was very pleased.

Not good. I just wasted my time here because the provider has a very limited availability in the mornings. I wish I knew this before purchasing.

It was so easy. They showed up on time and were done within an hour. My boyfriend immediately noticed the difference when he came home that night.

Purchased the Angie's Deal. Showed up when expected, measured and only agreed to do the work for the pre-purchased 300 SF. I thought the 'regular' PpSF was too high and would have cost move than the deal for about 100 additional SF. Work was done promptly and good. Staff was courteous, personable and professional. (Have had this service before from another company which provided excellent results.) I would recommend the Angie's Deal.

Arrived on time, explained the service, pretreated and cleaned 4 rooms. The carpet ended up very clean and the stains stayed away. I was very happy with the service!

Was disappointed that the grout was not as clean as I expected.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Had to wait 2 weeks before they could come, which wasn't a problem for me. In addition, we had to move all the furniture off any carpeted areas we wanted cleaned. This was the first time I have paid for a cleaning service and don't know if that is standard. I will say that they accommodated us with our king bed. I am pregnant so I couldn't move the bed the morning of the cleaning. They offered to push it around and clean if we put furniture sliders on the bottom. (We don't have a bed frame at the moment). Much appreciated because the dog sleeps under there and it was especially important to get that area. They called and confirmed the day before, showed up on time and delivered great customer service. We have dark chocolate carpets so I cannot say anything about the stains, but I did have some dried toothpaste smears that were removed in front of my children bathroom door. I wanted the carpets to be freshened. We are still waiting for the carpets to dry and live with it for a few days. I'll update later on how fresh the carpets are. They were done in about an hour. I had my upstairs living rooom and hall, stairs, and master bedroom cleaned. The cleaning solution oder was mild and fresh not overwhelming (remember I'm pregnant! So that is saying something) The carpets weren't too damp, they brushed the carpet and wiped up any drips. If you want friendly, professional customer service and quick cleaning I would hire them!

The folks with Snyders CC did a great job cleaning our carpets and tile. They were punctual and informative. We'd definitely use them again!

They arrived on time, measured they extra footage I wanted to include, gave me a decent price, and went right to work. They did a good job, considering the shape of the grout. :)

Everything was great. Team was on time and did a very nice job. Everything came out as promised.

I was very happy with them and pleased with the work that they did. It definitely approved the appearance of the bathroom. They called in advance to let me know when they would be here, were on time, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They arrived promptly and explained the pros and cons of sealing travertine tile. We opted not to have the tile sealed but just cleaned. It seemed that the sealer we used 2 or three years ago was still holding. The tile looks clean and bright.

Christine and Brent (pretty sure these are the names!) showed up on time and got right to work. We recently moved here and the grout looked dark grey / black... I don't think they'd been deep cleaned in a very long time. Now, tiles look great and grout is white again! Excellent job of keeping in contact prior to visit as well (confirmed appointment and also called when on their way). Very professional.

It was a little difficult to get the appointment scheduled, the company is busy and I was in and out of town. They do communicate via text, which is helpful.

Did a great job and even now 2 yrs later it looks good.
