The floor looks much better. They did a good job.

Went fine... they were very timely, professional and did a good job. Unfortunately there were sections that were stained they were unable to clean in the kitchen.

This is the third time Christine has cleaned our carpets. She always is on time, and does a great job. I don't think we will use anyone else in the future.

It was very good. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours. I would use them again and they did a very good job. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They were very professional and very good. The scheduling was also very good.

The service went okay. My wife primarily dealt with the company. They did exactly what the deal stated. They did a really good job and got all of the stains out of the carpets. I was really impressed with what they could do. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the deal.

I purchased the deal for the Rotovac Service for 4 rooms through Angie's List on 6/12/14. I called to schedule service on the day I purchased due to the fact we were putting our home up for sale and I wanted a good deep clean of the heavy carpet areas downstairs. They were booked out for almost 3 weeks, so I had regular carpet cleaner come and do them in the interim. After we moved all of the furniture out of the house, I scheduled for Snyder's to come out. I was looking forward to getting the Rotovac used for a deeper clean, which is the only reason I made the purchase. My husband met them on the day of the cleaning and was informed that the Rotovac was in for service. Snyder's proceeded to clean the carpets with a regular wand and told my husband it would look just as good as if they had used the Rotovac. I am sorry, but that is NOT the service I paid for when I purchased the deal off Angie's list. I had just had the carpets cleaned with a wand not long before they came out and was in hopes that the Rotovac would do a deeper clean on the high traffice areas. Honestly the wand cleaning they did was not any better than the one that my regular carpet cleaner does. I am highly disappointed that the service I paid for was not provided. We should have been made aware of the fact that the Rotovac was not available when they called to confirm and I would have rescheduled. I feel that communication was poor with respect to the service they were supposed to provide and for that fact, I doubt that I would ever use their service again. It is not good for a consumer to purchase one thing, and be delivered another with no notice.

Lead time to get appointment was too long. Over 2 weeks. Other than that they were great.

They were great. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them again soon!

No service was provided, I clicked on the "deal" and when the company, "Synders carpet cleaning" came back with available dates they were way too far out for our needs. I got charged even though I told them I did not want service. Please issue refund! Thanks, Margaret

They were very responsive in returning calls, scheduling and arriving, very personable. My tile was clean but some of the more dirty grout lines on my 1 yr old floor didn't seem to be much, if any, cleaner than when they finished.

The greatest recommendation I could give this company is that I will definitely use them again. Excellent results.

Our carpets were cleaned perfectly by friendly, efficient professionals. I haven't seen our carpet look this good, including on the day we moved in!

I had to get a refund because they were so busy. They were responsive in getting back to me, though.

They did not provide a service to fill in some grout that worn out. It was just in a couple of places but I would have had to get someone out to fill the grout before they would come out and service me.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they called about thirty minutes before arrival. There was an extra charge for the cleaning of a hallway. The technician was courteous and on time. He did a good job with the work. Everything went well.
