I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician took the time to get to know my dog so she wasn't going crazy barking while they worked. My major concern was removing the odors from the floors as repeated cleaning had failed to do so. The technicians were punctual and I didn't have any trouble scheduling the appointment.

House was newly purchased and carpet was 6 months old. Only master bedroom showed use. Seller lived my herself. Price paid 134.00 for 4 rooms up to 1,000 s.f. Thought it was 4 rooms plus hallway, but guess I miss read ad because coupon printed differently. Upon arrival they said I had to pay extra for hallway even though total of 4 rooms added up to 792 s.f. Didn't feel extra should have been added since the total square footage was well under the 1,000 s.f. I guess when they say 4 rooms, it doesn't matter what it adds up too unless it was over 1,000 s.f. They charged extra 37.89 for hallway 3 x maybe 20 ft.........think that was a bit much when the 134.00 divided by 4 rooms is $33.50. I was hoping to have them do upstairs family room and bedroom, but decided against it. Carpets did get clean, but with all other companys out there, don't think I'll use them again.

Communication was sketchy. First of all, I misunderstood the scheduling process. When I purchased the service I thought I was scheduling the cleaning for the time I put in on the Angie's List site. When the "scheduled" date approached, and I had not heard from them, I discovered that the scheduling is done only by the company itself - the scheduling on Angie's List was irrelevant. As a result, I did not get it done when I wanted it done. It was eventually scheduled and they appeared right on time. I understood they would not move heavy furniture, but I would have thought chairs would be moved, which they were not. The carpets were clean, which is the point. Nothing earth shattering, but a more than satisfactory job for the price.

WE LOVE SNYDER'S! This was the 3rd time we've had Snyder's out to clean our carpets, and they're the best. They do excellent work, have fair prices, & it's always the owners how come out and clean. Very trustworthy & dependable. We will continue to use them & recommend them to all of our friends.

Christine at Snyder's was very accommodating to my need to change the appointment date and time. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. She explained what they would be doing and that the area would need to be off limits for a little while. They completed the work in less time than I thought it would take. She explained how best to take care of the areas going forward. They were extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

They removed paints that we thought were not going to come out. We were quite pleased with their service

White carpet was badly stained in walkway area. Worker informed me that they may not be able to remove stain completely. Stained was still visible after they finished and I felt disappointed. But after the carpet dried it was not present. Thank you for a job well done

They arrived right on time and did a great job.

I thought the deal was a little misleading. I have travertine floors and the deal did not cover that type of flooring. He did sort of clean the flooring but he did not seal the floor. I would probably not use a deal like this again because now my floor is exposed. The technician was going to leave after 20 minutes but I brought up the square footage I purchased was not covered. I ended up having him clean some other areas to try to make up for the deal. He was friendly and helpful. The deal was just not what I was looking for.

The team was very professional added spot cleaning. They also moved a couple of pieces of furniture but there was a fee.

Great they cleaned all the pet stains and all the carpet upstairs and downstairs.
