Description of Work: I purchased a coupon through Angie's List for deep cleaning of 4 rooms of carpet. I called for an appointment and got one with no problem. The lady who made the appointment was also the lady who did the cleaning along with an assistant. They were punctual and did the work quickly and well. She also gave me some really practical tips on keeping the carpet clean and getting up stains. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: The job was to re-caulk and regrout eroded areas. The grouting was done correctly except he missed one small section which he came back to do. The caulking was a total disappointment. The caulk in some areas was not filled properly and some areas were completely avoided. Only 2 weeks after "Alex?" the worker did the caulking in the bathrooms it started peeling off. They insisted it could be because the houses in Texas "shift" often because of foundations problems but they still came back and re-did the sections that I had pointed out. They performed services at my rental property and my residence. They assured me it was something I was doing or that it was due to foundation problems because they "do these things all the time". The caulking peeled off and turned dark and soft again within a month in both properties. Six months later all the caulking completely fell off.

Description of Work: I needed the tile and grout cleaned in the kitchen and master bath. It was not sealed when put in about 12 years ago and was looking very bad. I was very pleasantly surprised how wonderful it looked when they were done. It almost looks like new! They also had a special going that included sealing the grout so, I was very happy! They arrived on time and worked hard, They we very nice and charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I got the Big Deal for carpet cleaning from them, and waited a long time to use the coupon. Right before the deadline, I made the call and they were able to set something up right away. They came out and got to work right away. Admittedly, the carpet was heavily pet stained in one or two areas and lightly in pretty much every square foot. I was doing this cleaning as a last-ditch effort before pulling the carpet up completely and living on concrete until I could afford tile installation. They did a quick and great job. She offered to spray an enzyme cleaner after the roto-vac, and that worked well. The off-white carpet (who installs off-white carpet? Liberace maybe, but I think he had dogs too!) was clean and soft again. It stayed that way for a good long while too. Christine said that the stained pad underneath would soak back up and stain the carpet, so I was prepared for that. It didn't happen for quite a while. Not sure if replacing the pad is worth the effort at this point. As it is, it was money well spent to buy me another 6-12 months with that carpet before completely reno'ing the floors throughout. As she left, she mentioned that they do installations too but it was not a hard sell.

Description of Work: I got the Big Deal and it was AMAZING. Very professional and prompt. She called me to set up the appt, again to let em know they were on their way and another when they were done. The deal was for 4 rooms and a hall but I only had three rooms and a hall so they took the initiave to also do a deodorizing and really work h****** some pet stains at no extra charge. The carpet looks better than when I moved in!
