Description of Work: David came to my house looked over my bathrooms, kitchen, as well as my Mother's (the guest house). She needed a great deal of repair done in her walk-in shower. The house is only 3 1/2 yrs old, but I don't think the builder did a very good job sealing and used grout instead of silicone in the corners. David repaired the grout, added silicone where needed and also dried out the water under the tile. He actually found that issue, which made the whole trip worthwhile. In the main house he actually took apart my walk-in shower door and frame to clean it and re-silicone caulk it. He also caulked around my kitchen countertops that had begun to crack. David was very professional and actually took the entire 3 hours advertised in the special off Angies list. We are thinking about replacing the shower door and will contact him again when we are ready. I highly recommend David!!!
