They were okay, not spectacular.

They were very quick and professional when responding to my emails and for scheduling the service. I had to change the appointment the first time and they immediately had another time that would work better for me. Christine called prior to the service to confirm the time and gave me instructions for prepping the floor. They arrived on time after calling to let me know they were on the way and did a very nice job on cleaning some very dirty, old grout. It looks great and I am very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their grout and tiles cleaned.

They were on time, very courteous. They were nice people. They did a good job cleaning my carpets. I paid extra to have the deodorizing done and I was very disappointed with the deodorizing part. It didn't help at all. I actually gave them some feedback for it. It wasn't inexpensive, I paid quite a bit to have that done, so I was displeased with the deodorizing process but the cleaning was done well. They didn't do anything but spritz something on the carpet for the deodorizing. The reason that I chose them, they were actually more expensive than some of the others, is they have brushes that rotate and I wanted a deep clean done on the carpet. I thought that would be better than just a steam clean because you have the bristles that turn. They were a higher price. I thought it would do a better job but it really didn't. The cleaning was satisfactory but I don't think I'd use them again because they are a little on the high side and a steam clean probably would have done just as well.

They were also on time, very courteous and were nice people. They did a good at cleaning my carpet. We have a fairly large kitchen and pantry (just over 350 square feet). I had a coupon that covered 300 square feet for $149. The additional $50 was to complete the whole thing. Even with a larger kitchen, it only took them about an hour or so to completely steam clean the floor and then seal the grout. It was very quick and professional.

Christine was great! She arrived on time and they did a fantastic job on the tile - it looked like new when they finished. She even took the time to educate me on what they were doing and the type of finish that was previously on the tile. Would highly recommend - great job!

I'm sorry, but I was extremely ill during that time - in and out of the hospital. Time ran out for me to use it... I was very sad because I've read nothing but good things about them. The company was very good at calling to schedule....it was on my end that it didn't happen.... I had to answer the questions above like cost and date since there wasn't one...fyi.... And yes, I will use them again!

Christine was very personable. The job was done in a timely manner, and the work was impeccable.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning we have had. When my wife said we need to get the carpets cleaned, I just cringed. Have never had a good one until now. Our carpet looks and feels like new and its 11 years old. Will definitely use next year.

It went very well. They came almost nine month later but they still owned the package and they came and did a terrific job. They were quick and they did a very good job and the carpet was dry in no time at all.

The service was very good. They were right on-time. It just took them a couple of hours to complete the work. They were good. There was no problem there. They left the work area clean. Everything was picked up. It was in good shape. They did a good job. The price was a good price.

Purchased a big deal for carpet cleaning; They were prompt and worked quickly; Cleaning was not as good as previous providers we have used;

This is a beige carpet in high traffic areas. The carpet looks like new. Also, they were on time and VERY fast.

They did fine. They were busy because of the special. It did take a while for them to get out but once they got out here they did a good job.

The staff was very good. I have recommended them to other people. They are fair price and provide good quality work.

They cleaned the grout in the kitchen but we had to have it resealed later on.

Christine is now my "go to" person. She and her business partner basically saved the carpet in a rental property. Some tenants are rougher than others. I had a rough tenant. Enough said. Snyder's Carpet Care came out and not only cleaned, removed stains, and stretched the carpet they were able to clean dried paint from the areas that someone decided to use for an artist canvas. Christine was always available by text or cell phone. Can't go wrong with Snyder's Carpet Care.
