We decided back in November 2013 to renovate our entire home instead of build a new one. We loved our lot and our 20 year old home. We proceeded to get 3 bids to have this work done. All of the bids were pretty close to each other in price. We chose this company because of Eric. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He had a lot of good practical ideas, and he is a Christian. This huge project started on February 1, 2014 and ended in June. Eric was with us every step of the way. There may have been 4 or 5 days that someone was not at the house working in all those 4 months. On those inactive days, it was usually because of weather conditions. Poor Eric was very patient with me. I asked every question there was to ask, had him redo many things until I got it exactly the way I wanted it, called him on the phone constantly, met him at our house to talk over new changes that I kept making. He would always say, "Don't worry, we'll keep fixing it until we get it just like you want it." Eric's crew were also very professional and extremely good at designing and building our entire front door unit as well as our screened doors and panels. They were meticulous to detail. The trim work was beyond my expectations. Eric was very helpful when it came to picking out designs, fixtures, rock, hardwood, tile, trim, granite, etc. I teased him that he could have gotten extra money for his decorating advice. I pretty much wouldn't make a decision until I got Eric's ok. In the end, the house turned out so beautiful. I never expected to feel like I had moved into a totally new home. That is just how it looked, smelled, and felt. Thanks to Eric, my husband and I will retire in our beautiful "new" home.
