It was a professional inspection following what customer needed.

The company called right away, and sent a repair man the same day. A couple of days later, the fan on the a/c unit stopped again. The a/c guy came as soon as possible, and found the problem. I has been over two weeks, and the unit is working great.

The tech work quickly and gave my wife and I a complete run down on everything that needed to be done prior to completing the work. Would absolutely recommend.

It went absolutely wonderful. They were right on time, informative, worked straight through and were timely in the repair. They were very affordable and the price quoted was the exact price billed.

The tech came saw and fixed the issue with the capacitor. He tried to upsell the Freon re-charge but when we saw the Angie's list rate he was not happy and added small amount of Freon. These are typical tricks of the trade and overall he did fix the problem for us and for that I would hire them again.

Ellis technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. Identified a broken control cable that connected the outdoor A/C unit to the indoor unit. A fairly significant repair, had to run new outdoor conduit and cable. Did a professional installation. A/C unit runs well after the repair. Very pleased with the work. I was also pleased with Ellis A/C’s responsiveness, they worked with me to coordinate a specific date/time I would be avaliable for the repairs.

Our 31 year old AC/Heating system suffered a catastrophic failure in mid-May requiring complete replacement. Jerry came out at the scheduled time and reviewed our system and discussed out needs. He suggested several options and provided a detailed bid the next morning. It was not the lowest bid we received, but not the highest either. However, it was detailed and complete. We accepted the bid and scheduled the installation for the Tuesday after Memorial Day. The crew was to arrive around 9am which surprised me since they would be working in the hot attic. I thought they would want to start earlier. Well, on Tuesday, the crew showed up at 8am ready to go! They were courteous and respectful and efficient. By 1:30 pm chilled air was being pumped into our 1890 house and all of the remnants of the old unit were removed. Truthfully, we were anticipating that the installation would take longer, but were very pleased that they finished early in the afternoon. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and professionalism of the crew. We now hope this unit will provide us with the years of dependable service that our old one did.
