We needed a gas water heater quickly, but at a reasonable price. I contacted Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing Monday afternoon. They were able to get me on the schedule for Tuesday afternoon. They were able to free up some time to come by Tuesday morning, evaluate the situation, discussed potential options (traditional tank vs tankless), prepared a cost estimate and installed a new heater by the original scheduled appointment time. The technician explained everything very well and was very professional. There were no hidden or unexpected charges. I will contact them first next time.

I want to commend James Watson. I was fortunate in getting him the first time I used your services and wrote a glowing review on your website. This is my third time using Dial One and the reason I called your business for service again was because of James. In a nutshell, he is the bomb! From his great competent service and trouble shooting to his easy going friendly demeanor, he is simply the best service technician I have ever come across. He explains things so well and I am able to understand the issue to make the best decision without feeling rushed into. I feel fortunate to have someone of his caliber, knowing he has my best interest at heart. In the past, I have always been a bit leery of service from other companies wondering if they are doing the right thing or just selling unnecessary services. Please acknowledge James! I called Sunday evening to have someone come out after seeing this coupon on Angie's list. Everything was set up, then I received a call from one of their plumbers stating they do not serve my area. Completely confused, I called back the original number and I was informed that whomever called me was incorrect, that they do indeed service my area and I would get a call back in the morning when the plumber is on the way. When I did not receive a call in the morning, I called back and was told that they do not service the area. When asked how all this happened, that I'd been expecting their call, they had no excuse except for the fact that I was misinformed. Don't waste your time with a company that cannot even figure out where they service people.

Excellent. Plumber was very professional. Work was completed as scheduled. Price very good. I could not ask for a better experience. Before with other plumbers I have been very skeptical but with this plumber I feel very confident in his ability and to get the job done right. Give them a try you won't go wrong on this.

I contacted Dial One and they got someone out the same day. They tested everything and found that the lines were fine and that the HVAC unit had a failing gas starting unit. The service and explanations were great. I would definitely use them again.

Great work - they fixed the piping and replaced the faucet - I had them replace a broken faucet in the front, as well.

It was great. They were our hero. They had to come back because they didn't do it right the first time. They came back and they fixed everything. They were reasonable. They misaligned my faucets. They could have made sure that they measured it better before they installed the faucets.

The plumber that came out to our house was Jason. Jason was great! He knew what he was doing, was very concerned about our issues and he was the ultimate professional. He came out on the 6th and found one leak and had to replace the valve. We were hoping that was the fix but the meter was still running. They then brought in their leak detector. He couldn't pinpoint it and said another valve would have to be replaced before he could pinpoint it. Jason came back to replace the valve and found the leak. Because the leak detector wasn't able to find the leak, Jason talked to Dial One about them crediting us back for that fee. The service manager, Daniel, called me and said that they would issue a full refund for the price of the leak detector. Andie, the coordinator in the office who calls you, is super. She is super friendly and professional. We joined their Advantage Program which has some great benefits. I would highly recommend this family owned company who really cares about their customers!

Ended up finding out that the gas regulator valve was out. Have an older water heater so I ended up getting a whole new water heater. Putting new parts on an older model could end up costing more in tge long run. The guy came within the time range they gave. He was very polite and professional. He even got everything done by the time I was walking out the door for work, so I wouldn't be late.

The gentleman spent several hours there, but the plumbing problem that I had did not get resolved. He gave me an estimate of $10,000.00. I had another plumber come out and fix the problem. He did not recommend the $10,000.00 service.

They did an exterior faucet and replaced the turn handle. They also came right out when I needed my toilet fixed after it was leaking.They are really nice. Brian has worked with me and is very professional and courteous. They send discounts from time to time and have also replaced an old water heater for me. I appreciate their professionalism and high touch kindness.
