Description of Work: Within the last year, Dial One Johnson-Heritage Plumbing has flushed my tankless water heater twice, installed a Toto commode as well as performed an 82-point inspection of my home's plumbing system. The latest service was to install a water hammer arrestor. | |They are my plumbing company of choice, and I especially liked working with their technician, James. He is a very knowledgeable and professional young man.

Description of Work: Originally wanted them to fix my leaky/rusted bathtub drain. The tech fixed it. Also replaced shower head and fixed my shower.

Description of Work: I used Angie's list to find this plumbing company and described in detail what needed to be done. The dispatcher at Dial One understood what I wanted and indicated that the service would be a basic service call prices as per the advert in Angie's List. When the plumber came for the appointment, he agreed that what needed to be done was what I described. He wrote the work order and used a standard labor rate for that job which was 4 times the cost that I was expecting based on my conversation with the dispatcher, the job took 15 minutes to complete. I did not refuse the job since I had taken off work and needed a licenses plumber to do the work. I the future I would do that plumbing job myself just like I have done for the past 22 years.

Description of Work: Had an Angie's List Deal coupon from them. Replaced a water line to my bath sink and flushed the hot water heater. It went very well the plumber was professional and informative.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet, exterior faucet, and kitchen faucet. Plumber had to go to the faucet vendor for parts since the faucet vendor sent us the wrong unit. All istallations worked fine. Planning to use this vendor when the correct faucet parts come in

Description of Work: Installed new 40 gallon gas water heater and the necessary code upgrades as well as new lavatory faucet and minor toilet tank rebuild. Ran pan and t&p lines to exterior of the home. Ball valve and gas valve added. Added upper and lower air vents and new gas and water flex. Replaced hose bibs and washing machine lines due to poor condition at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Gave me an estimate to install some fixtures which we already have, It was way out of my price range and seemed very high compared to work I have had other companies do. I have not used the $200.00 service for which I paid $124.00.

Description of Work: The only give me a quote for services. It was so outrageous it was less expensive to pay the service fee and send them packing then to hire them to do the job.

Description of Work: replaced a water heater. Arrived on time and performed the work on a timely basis. Very professional personnel. I thought the price was a little high until I talked to others who told me $2100 was reasonable.
