Description of Work: Steve, tech, was very professional. He came in to check the leak from my garbage disposal. He found it and gave me the option of putting a new seal or buying a new disposal. Steve explained the disposal was very rusty and I might want to replace it. He did not persuade me or push me to buy a new one. Since i saved on the deal. I purchased a new one . He took the old disposal with him to throw it away... I was impressed with that. . He also cleaned up after himself. Andy, great personality, called me to inform me that Steve was on the way. She called me within 10 min. after Steve left to see if everything was done to my standards... It was. I do recommend them.

Description of Work: Called to have an "overflow" pan installed under a hot water heater in one of my rent houses. They were responsive, on-time, replacing the overflow pan at the request of the (prospective)buyer of this property. We arranged everything by phone, since I live 20+ miles from this house. They were responsive, efficient and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: After the technician arrived and quoted the amount of my repair, I questioned it as being extremely high in light of similar work that I have had done previously by other contractors. The technician then called his supervisor and was told to reduce the cost of the work. This amount was less than half of the original quote. While the work completed seems to be okay, I will not use them again because of the original deceptive pricing.

Description of Work: I contacted Dial One prior to purchasing the deal - Drain Cleaning PLUS Video Camera Line Inspection for $200 to see whether this deal would cover my issue. The office was very helpful and suggested having a tech come out to review. The cost would be around $45 and this would be applied to the deal if it qualified. The office contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival which was within two hours of my initial call. The tech was professional and courteous. He brought his own 'bootie's' to put on after he removed his shoes outside on the front porch before entering my home. What consideration that demonstrated. The tech confirmed the issue and confirmed the deal would qualify. I was able to go on-line at that time to purchase the deal. He completed the job, and I don't have any more issues! I would not hesitate to use Dial One in the future. I believe them to be honest and trustworthy.

Description of Work: Fixed washing machine hose leak. I caused them to follow a wild goose chase that had nothing to do with the actual problem. The amount was high because I led them to believe there was a drain stoppage and they used a camera to look at the drain, totally my fault. I will continue to use Dial One from now on ( my previous plumber got to big to service my household problems)
