Description of Work: We asked for silicon to be used to seal our shower. Old grout was not effectively removed and the new grout (not silicon) failed after a couple of showers. They were quick to respond and correct the situation, but on redoing the work, only worked on the failed part. Two other sections failed shortly thereafter. Didn't have time for a third service call and showers remains a problem.

Description of Work: Not happy with the service overall. Needed a fairly simple repair to repair a pipe joint in my yard. the tech quoted an outrageous price which I balked at. Then reduced the price to his "members" rate saying I was getting a deal as this time the repair would be done right and would be under warranty. Then he wrote the ticket up as not be warranted work citing too much water pressure. Not happy at all and will never use this company again.
