Kerlin is an absolute dream to work with. He was my second plumber for the day. Silly me, I had a different company out and we politely dismissed them before they started any work and called world class pros instead. Upon arrival, Kerlin and Cameron dawned on foot booties and entered to hear my concerns. After showing him the bathroom toilet he said "It shouldn't be doing that, let us get in and take a look". OMG those words were like magic, no prejudgment, no scary sales pitch like the other guys. I was immediately at ease. The previous plumber immediately said (after viewing the toilet), I'll have to pull out the toilet and see what's in there. Well there was nothing in there and Kerlin didn't have to pull it out for a proper diagnosis. I had a couple of other plumbing concerns which Mr. Kerlin addressed in a spirit of joy. He kept me informed, gave me options and by the time they left I felt like I was his only customer. I called on Friday to schedule this. Normally, weekends and evenings are for emergencies only; however, as I was a recurring customer, they scheduled Jonathon to come out Saturday morning between 8 am and noon. Jonathon showed up at 8 am and had the valve changed and the stove hooked up and functioning in under an hour. This company is excellent and I highly recommend them for plumbing and gas line needs,

They didn't make any unnecessary mess, they confined the area well and kept the tenants informed of what was happening. They explained everything that they were doing very well.

Things went well. Some modifications where needed which took some time. It took about 3 hours in all.

Good. Arrived fairly quickly for a Saturday. Made repairs promptly. Satisfied with the service even though bill was higher due to work being done on Saturday.

James was amazing! He got our hot water going again explained the updates that were needed. Provided quotes via email. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have a better understanding of how the water heaters work now and when we're ready to get further work done, wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. And I hope we can request the same technician!

Kerlin arrived for my service all. He investigated and found the issue to actually be my toilet leaking at the base. The flange was not installed properly and, through wear and tear, was now shifting and leaking. He explained everything clearly and showed me what he found. He then made the necessary repairs and even took pictures showing before and after. I am extremely pleased with his service and with this company. This is my third time using their services.

Work was done well and timely. I thought they were a little pricey but they were available the day after a holiday when other places were closed.

They treated me well. They're not to far from here, that's for sure because the first person I called they were somewhere else within the Dallas area. But I guess they were far away from my location from my initial area. They called back to say that they do not serve or service this area so I called this one and they or I guess they are actually in the area anyway. There was a flat fee per hour for the first hour and I think the first hour was used for a diagnostic check and everything went well after that. Then they told me what I had to do. I think there was something in the that had to be cleaned up or something just avoid the water heater going on and off. And then they did the annual flushing which I hadn't done. So everything came down to, according to him, the flushing was a flat rate. Okay well, then they wanted me to a saving, some discount package where you would have to pay like $12 every month and then for the previous year if you have to maybe do another flushing or check some plumbing issues and all that it will be free. Something to that affect. So I signed up for that and then he gave me another 15% off of the job that they did for me and that made it come down to $400 something dollars. I thing the first hour was $225 but the pricing is decent. I guess since it was my first time experience I wasn't expecting it to be that expensive but it is what it is. The job is done anyway so. I did not need to buy a new water heater it was just serviced. Of course the flushing is mandatory. He reminded me that it has to be done once a year. It's part of what keep the water heater running perfectly and we've been in our home for 3 years. I've only done it once. I hadn't done it this year so it was kind of like killing two birds with one stone. He was able to do that for me at a rate that he stated was $284 but it was cheaper considering what else he had done. I'm thankful that he gave me some discounts because after that I would have paid way more than I paid after I received the discounts. It wasn't really that bad. The man was a nice person. I wasn't expecting it to be that expensive. I think they did a good job. I signed an annual agreement with them so moving forward they are in charge of fixing my plumbing issues. They only thing was just that I wasn't expecting to pay that much, but I liked the job that he did. I like the discount package that they have because it makes sense moving forward that, that is something I can definitely take advantage of because I think long term. That helps me save money. Of course, customers that are going to use them, it would be nice for them to get that information. I mean yes, give or take it's possible that it might pay a lot in the beginning, but if they need them for future service. I mean we've already established like the annual flushing of the water heater is a done deal. That needs to be done just so you don't spoil your water heater and all that. So moving forward you good deals, good rates on that if you go on the $12 per month discount program, yes.

Everything was done as it was supposed to be done. My technician knew what I needed and did it expertly. Dial One is on my keeper list.

Completely unresponsive no communication no way to know if they are coming or how long it will take to come. Poor communication while my bathroom is flooded here. No sense of communication

It went as expected. The plumber used his video cam to inspect the underground pipe. It turned out that it was a false alarm. The key is that the first plumber from a different company did not have enough knowledge or experience. .
