The office called to say the plumber and his helper were on the way. They arrived about 10 minutes later, giving us time to secure the dogs. They worked steadily and completed the job in 1.5 hours. We provided parts. Angie's list discount ($200 service for $124) reduced labor cost to $186.

This turned out extremely well. The technician as well as the company was very good. They were very professional, prompt, and I would definitely use them again. He came fully prepared with all of the equipment and tools. Scheduling for this deal was very easy as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service.

My kitchen sink would not drain properly. Problem with my garbage disposal. Dial One cleared the water line from the kitchen sink to the outside pipe and also to the street. The customer service was excellent when setting the appointment and also with the 2-Employees performed the service. I think the cost of service was just a little high.

It went well. I called the company to set up an appointment. They came to repair my hot water that day. He had to go and buy the thermostat. I think that he was very polite and professional. I used them before. And I will continue using this company for my future plumbing work.

The guy was wonderful. He was very forthcoming and gave a lot of information about my system. The first thing he did was laugh when he opened the closet containing my tankless system. The hook-ups were done wrong, the size of the pipe for the gas was too small, the pipe for the water was also too small. The entire thing needs to be ripped out and replaced from scratch. Unfortunately I cannot afford to have that work done at this time. I will likely call on this company should I need other plumbing work, or if I win the lottery and can afford to have my tankless system replaced.

They arrived within the timeframe initially specificied, 1-3pm. In fact the technician arrived at 1:20pm. I explained the work I needed them to perform and they provided a quote. I thought it was a bit high but I already had paid for the $200 voucher, I needed the work done, and they were there. So I told them to go ahead and do the work. The technician was very professional and very competent. He answered all my questions very well and performed the work expertly. I was very happy with the results. The quote breakdown was: 1, Replace supply lines and risers $167 2. Install sink $392 3. Install faucet $215 The price for the supply lines and risers was about what I expected. However, $607 to install a kitchen sink and faucet was quite a bit higher than I expected. Part of this was my fault as I did not call around to get quotes for the work I wanted done. I had used them before for other plumbing work and their prices were always lower than everyone else. Perhaps sink installation is expensive everywhere but I just don't know. My advice is to always call around for multiple quotes no matter how small or large the job is. I'd always done it for large jobs but not for what I expected to be a small job. Caveat Emptor! I was very happy with the results as they did an excellent job. It all turned out very well, and I don't have any complaints. I was only surprised by the price tag. I will always consider the provider for any plumbing work I need done but I will always get multiple quotes from now on.

We liked the plumber very much. He did really good work. He found a leak by the guest bathroom. We are now in mold remediation in that bathroom but didn't know the extent of it. He was able to stop the leak. We were very happy with his service and he will be our go to plumber going forward.

The service provider was outside of my area. I would have had to pay an extra travel charge.

I had purchased a big deal, and it was fine, I don't know if I would use them again, I just felt like it was one of those plumbers that tries and makes up a price when they come to your house, and when they find out that it is an Angie's deal, they try and make it higher. The charged me a 400 Dollars just for changing a stopper in my toilet. They came out literally a day within buying the big deal. They did a really good job, but the price didn't seem to be comparable to other plumbers, I had already paid for the coupon, and he was out there, and so I just used him.

Service was prompt and professional. I did feel it was little higher priced than expected, but overall was a good experience.

Everything went well. Dial One Plumbing was supposed to come between 1:00 and 4:00 pm. No show by 3:30, so I called and spoke with Michelle. Michelle was very professional and very, very nice. She apologized and gave me a $25.00 credit toward the work done the next day. James came exactly on time the next day. He wore shoe covers when entering my house. James replaced the garbage disposal, checked for other leaks, and replaced a washer in the upstairs bathroom. James was very pleasant, respectful, and professional, as was Michelle. James took the time to answer questions and gave estimates on future work I was interested in doing. He didn't seem rushed, and answered each and every question. I feel I received a good value for the services done. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to family and friends. This is a wonderful company.

I got to choose the time to schedule the plumber and he arrived on time. Work was done quickly and he explained his work completely. He let me know before he left that the work had a 30 day warranty. When the sewer started backing up again within 3 weeks I called Dial One. And again the plumber showed up on time. He determined that the problem was in the city sewer and told me how to contact them and tell them what was wrong. There was no charge for this second visit. I wish the other plumbing company that I had out for this problem several times had told me what the problem really was after just 2 visits.

Everything was fine. He was very professional and finished very quickly. The only complaint I have is that I felt it was a little expensive for what was done.

We called them to repair my toilet which was leaking and they were at my house in 15 minutes. In which I like.They told us that we need a new toilet. He quoted the price which was very pricey. But we told him to do the job. I think he was very professional and did a great job. He also repaired our guest bathroom toilet. He explained every thing to us and I am completely satisfied. The most important thing, he cleaned up the mess.

He gutted two comodes took out the flushing systems and put in new tank fixtures. He also fixed two dripping facets. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.

Tony quickly addressed the clogged pipe and things were flushing back to normal. Tony was very professional and quickly fixed the issue. He came back on another day to address a couple of other issues with a broken sewage pipe.

Service professional arrived on time and completed the job in a speedy manner. Was very satisfied with the final result.

the lady on the customer service line was very friendly. they initially did not have any appointments left for today, but after understanding our situation, she called around and found a tech that finished his jobs earlier than planed. the tech (Tony) arrived in 30-45 minutes. He was very professional and did a very good job identifying the problem and explaining the issue. Tony was also very efficient at fixing the problem as well. i would recommend them to my friends.
