Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling, and Heating

Our leak started late Saturday night underneath the kitchen sink. I just happened to walk by the sink and heard the spewing water. We were able to turn the water off but we needed help as we weren't able to figure out why it happened or where exactly it needed to be fixed. As I stated earlier, there was a piece of equipment between the hoses which we didn't know what it was for. Turns out it was for the recirculation pump that Stephen and Brian were familiar with. We called for help around 11am Sunday morning and Stephen answered. He was very kind and told me the cost to come out was a little less that $70 and the tech would then assess the problem once here and give us a quote. This seemed very reasonable since it was a Sunday and they gave me a window of service in the early afternoon same day. Brian called a little after noon to talk with us about the problem and I sent him a picture of our 'setup' and once he got a chance to look at it, talk with Stephen, they came up with a solution for us to try before they came out. Brian explained to us what we had and a best case/ worst case scenario. It turns out for us that we were able to tighten the nuts on a few specific pieces that solved the problem for us. I would definitely recommend this company based on their immediate answer/follow up, their concern for us to have our situation fixed, their availability on a Sunday to accommodate us, and their willingness to help us over the phone in order to fix our problem before they even came out. They mentioned they work hard for their money and they knew we worked hard for ours. I will definitely use this company again in the future as their character and honesty matter more to me than anything else.

The workers arrival on the day they agreed. They do get kudos for coming in bad weather. The price was not provided as agreed, but was presented to my tenant instead of providing me with the price before starting the work. The drain was clear for a week and then backed up again. No blame on their part. The estimate for removing a portion of the driveway to access the broken pipe was $3,8500. This amount did not include replacing the driveway section. Compared to other estimate, it was well over priced.

They were very prompt in scheduling someone to come out to my home. The service call was 48.95, and then they ran a camera into our sewer lines to diagnose the problem with the backup which was caused by tree roots. Overall the cost was a little more than I expected to pay. We were given several options for going forward. I would use them again.

Brian arrived within the agreed window and was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. He gave me several repair options and outlined the cost of each clearly. After I agreed to an approach, he fixed everything up and gave some advice on future repair items. I never felt pressured or coerced in to a service that I didn't wan't and we had a very smooth transaction. I will definitely remember this provider for future needs. Price seems on the high side but I did not gather quotes so I'm not sure - the service was exceptional though and made up for any price concerns.

The toilet install went okay, but when asked back to perform other services the prices were laughable. They wanted over $600 to install a simple bathroom faucet (supply lines, shut-off valves and hook up a faucet I purchased). What a rip, if they just quoted straightforward prices they'd have a customer for life. The worst part was that the tech (not a plumber) didn't think there was anything wrong with the gross prices and said they're competitive with other local plumbers. Well it's not (at least not where I shop), I got a quote to do the same work from a highly rated company on Angie's list to do the work (with warranty) for $150. Very disappointed with the overall experience. My advice, use these folks for the big deals but be weary of any additional work you ask them to do. Shop around.

Dial One Johnson Plumbing is the only plumbing company we will call for life! This was the best experience hands down we have ever had from a service provider from the initial phone call to the end! I had called two other companies and they could not come out till the next day even for an emergency of water flowing. It turned out we were fortunate they couldn't because Dial One Johnson Plumbing said they could be there within the hour! The person that answered the phone was invested in us with genuine caring and a smile that came through the phone, even following up to let us know when the technician was on his way. James Watson, the plumbing technician or should we say" plumbing hero" saved the day. His expertise was superb. We were so appreciative of taking the time to explain and show what he was doing. The parts he replaced were superior to the ones that another plumber had just put in 2 years ago but ended up causing this problem! James even waited patiently while our condo maintenance had to turn off the building water which took an extra 15 minutes. His genuine friendliness, demeanor, and professionalism was much appreciated. We never felt rushed or like he was in a hurry. We were truly taken care of from start to finish like we were respected! Dial One plumbing saved us money! They are extremely fair and honest. This can be validated what our previous plumber had charged for time and inferior parts. Thank you!!!

He quotes me a price to replace the faucet. He said it was corroded but the bathroom had been remolded less than a year before. I ended up having to pay him for the service call. He got money out of me for doing nothing. I got a second opinion and found the leak was from the heater and was coming up from the floor around the sink. I’m not pleases with the company and I will never use them again.

Very professional and sought the best way to handle the job while saving us money. Definitely would use again. Builder used wrong coupling which cracked and sprung the leak. Technician went back with PVC instead of pex tube. Also, he put in a valve next to the house.

James walked me through multiple options available for performing the repair and quoted a price for each. He was able to quickly fix the issue. Additionally, he gave me pointers on how to solve another issue on my own.

Justin was the plumber that came out from them. He was on time and checked everything for any problems. There wasn't problems as the city said I had a problem.

Justin also offered to inspect the plumbing in the rest of the house and gave me an estimate for my next project. He was friendly, professional, and informative.

They price was too high but I was very happy with the work.

It took longer than I had anticipated. I don't think he had worked with tank-less water heaters, but he was very professional.

Guy was great, courteous and friendly. Offered advice on how to avoid the problem happening again. Incredibly through. Showed true commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. Work came with a guarantee - never ha d a plumber do that before!

At initial visit the tech was not quite thorough, and was not able to locate the P trap beneath the AC unit. He charged the basic service call fee, and left several options all of which would have cost starting at $350 and going up. At that point I was not comfortable that the basic investigation been thorough. I called back, and The Company assured me they would be out immediately to figure out what was going on at no charge. The team that came back, found the dry P trap beneath the interior AC unit, added water, and explained in detail what was going on. They did not charge for this follow up. Both the gentlemen that did the follow up were VERY professional and knowledgeable, and polite. As a result of the follow up, and resolution, and the way Dial One Johnson Heritage Plumbing made good on their customer satisfaction philosophy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

When I called they said that they could help me. On the initial visit the guy that came they didn't exibit expertise on the specific problem I had. When I called to complain they were willing to assist further. They are scheduled to come tomorrow with two others to follow up. We'll see.

Quick and easy. He brought the vinegar and pumps, circulated the fluids for about an hour. Great result, constant water temperature. We would definitely call them again.

The provider replaced all the parts under the kitchen sink. They replaced the handle and float in the toilet. They were on time, friendly and professional.

$50 just to come out. I guessed that if they are charging just to quote, then their price could be reasonable. Quote was just STUPID expensive - around $700. When they saw that I was not going to bite, they started coming down to a less stupid price - around $250. I went to the plumbing supply, spent $11 for one part, came back and fixed the broken pipe. I spent more time listening to the guy try to sell me than I spent effecting the repair. I would have paid $100 for this repair, but I will not pay the stupid price quoted.

They did not do the job, i asked for refund. Their plumber came gave me an estimate of adding additional $850 to change two shower heads. although one of my shower head is 24" sq, i still dont think it should cost 850 toreplace the same one. I called different plumber , they changed both of them for 250. Took them about 1.5 hours.
