Description of Work: I bought service to have our plumbing pipes jetted with a camera. We have no use of our kitchen. Instead of calling me to say that they didn't do that they replied on Angie's List. No call or email. I'm angry. The package said that they would call on the 30th to schedule the work to be done. After the rave reviews i expected Professionalism. It is Thursday night what are the chances of getting the work done tomorrow.

Description of Work: Provider identified the leak from a 3rd floor bathtub. Cut the ceiling and the pipe joint that was leaking. The bid to repair the joint (not including the ceiling) was almost $600. Please note, the technician on site was very helpful, the individual from whom he was receiving direction was not. Cold not adequately explain why the cost was so high other than to repeat there was only a 3% margin in the business. Will not use them again nor suggest others use them.

Description of Work: I had a clog or blockage in the drain from kitchen sink. I purchased a Big Deal coupon for $150 for Drain cleaning and camera inspection that was originally priced at $450. If I had read the fine print I would have noticed it said "with clean-out available". I do not have a clean-out available. However it did not say anything regarding a 2 story house. As the technician and I were talking he mentioned if it were not for the 2-story house, he could have gone on the roof and ran the cable from there. As it was, his cable would not have reached the length required for the stoppage. And he did not know if the insurance would cover a fall from that heighth. If he installed a clean out in order to do the job required, it would be approximately $1000. As I live on a fixed income, this was impossible.

Description of Work: Purchased a coupon off Angie's List for clean out and camera sewer lines. Call them up and they came out the next day. Tony was wonderful, he listened to what was going on and then went to work. He came back with a question, then told me what he found. I had had another company replace the sewer lines in both bathrooms about a year ago, but we continued to have issues in the master, what Tony discovered was that the last 5 feet of the sewer lines going into the master bathroom was not replaces. I am so impressed with his Tony's work and this company's that I have ask for a quote to have them finish what the other company messed up. I would recommend them to any one out there. They have great coupons online.

Description of Work: We found the plumber on your list and we were contacted after we made our payment and they were very friendly so im pretty sure we would have gotten great service if we went ahead went the plumbing service but do to the landlord finding something stuffed in the pipes which was causing our leak we no longer needed the plumbing service and decided to just get refunded but future references we wouldnt mind using their services.

Description of Work: I had an emergency. This is the only company that responded. I had a leak coming from a frig. They checked the problem, however didn't have the part totally correct the problem but did stop the leak. The young man explained what was needed and how much it would cost, if I wanted to complete the job in the future. Nonetheless, while he was there he fixed a drain that was also leaking. I felt very comfortable and safe using this company. I had just bought the home and didn't want to invest a lot of money in repairs right away. The pricing is fair based on fair market value as the young man explained. They have a book to tell you exactly what an item cost so you're not at the mercy of price sharks. Plumbing is expensive overall; I would definitely use the company again.

Description of Work: Service Tech was on time, and did a very thorough job of inspecting the sewer lines for any potential breaks or roots. He used the video camera to show me exactly what the lines looked like. Fortunately, no issues were found. I used them to inspect sewer lines prior to purchasing a home. I wanted to ensure there was not any issues with drain pipes located under the slab foundation. Overall, a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing video drain inspection services.
