Description of Work: The provider insisted on doing a package deal, I paid in advance, and the last 6 services were not done. The owner when confronted yelled & screamed at me, called me a b****, said my house was a pig stye, that my salon was a dump, & refused to refund my money. This happened over a year ago, I have gotten no pay back. No justice. So I will continue to write reviews of them until I am compensated. Last time, Angie's list was no help in this, & obviously pulled my review. Being that this company does not have any good reviews, hopefully this one will be noted & counted.

Description of Work: The cleaners with this company are good it is the scheduling and setting appointments properly that is the problem. Porsche the person in charge of this, has no concept of running a business. And certainly does not know how to set appointments and keep them. Every week is a different excuse a different problem for them not wanting to come until Wednesday instead of Monday. No call no show is a regular thing with this company. I had purchased 10 cleanings for $350 and have only gotten five. And every single week there has been a problem with them showing up or having to change the date. All I asked for was the same people to come every other Monday. Charles one of her best housekeepers was very very good. But they would send new people with him every time and the new people did not clean very well. Last time they sent Charles by himself and he left after 3 1/2 hours and there were a lot of things that were not done. And forget getting everything done like ceiling fans baseboards light fixtures cobwebs in corners they do not do that, except for the first time they come!

Description of Work: I will say that the people that they sent to clean did a beautiful job. It is the administration of this business that is a complete fail. They were supposed to return in two weeks, and they did not. A claim that one of their offices burned. I basically said okay not a problem come and see me next week. No one showed up. I try calling and emailing them to no avail. Then all of a sudden I get a email saying we can come and clean for you but we can't come on Mondays, and I had made it clear from the very beginning that Monday's was what I needed. I even wanted them to come and do a price quote on my business but I asked them to call me instead of emailing me because I don't check my email all the time. No call no email. So I emailed her again same please call me, really need for you guys to come! She emails me instead, I don't see the email and then I can't get serviced again! Then she emails me back and says she can't do Mondays again! When I told her and made it clear that was when I needed people to come in here she was trying to schedule me on a Monday the day before but font mail instead of calling. I just freaking give up on these people.
