The service I received was excellent!! Scott came out and gave me a quote and came back and completed the work and it was exactly what I wanted. I have a custom wall and he mounted the bracket and hung the 60 inch tv and it looks great!!!

Response from Act One Home Theater
This customer knew what she wanted. She wanted it done right. We had to throw out the old mount left behind by previous owners because the had installed it backwards and had pieces missing. The customer purchased a articulating mount from Act One. The mount can be puled out and rotated about 70 degrees. It will then fold back into a recessed box behind the TV, leaving it almost flush with the wall. The TV and mount is hung from a pair of studs attached to 2 sheets of 1/2 plywood painted black. The custom wall made for a cool backdrop for the large flat panel TV. We appreciate this customers business and friendly attitude. Hope we can help (Member name removed) again in the future.

Scott Andrews was prompt, answered all our questions, and worked with us as we planned the sound system for our house. The quality of the components, speakers was first rate. If I ever need more sound equipment for our house, Act One will be the first call I will make. Compare price, attention to detail and quality: and Act One will be your first call as well.
Description of Work: Scott installed a sound system for our media room and a separate sound system for 3 others rooms (our house was wired for a separate media room and then the rest of the rest of the house was a separate unit). Scott checked our wiring, walked through the house, then provided a bid within days. He started when promised and ended on time
