1. CQS provided estimate at no charge. 2. Contractor conducted inspection of patio and explained in detail the engineering aspect of the project. 3. Offered several solutions within my budget and his bottom line. 4. CQS contractor used engineering equipment to ensure job would be up to code. 5. He explained scope of work in detail and the time it would take to complete the project. 6. Crew was on time every day and finished on time. Picked up tools and cleaned up. I highly recommend CQS for concrete projects, they demonstrated knowledge in cement work. Our project was a 20 by 36 patio, will hire again for future projects.

Ely and his crew were on time. The moment Ely arrived on day one for an estimate - he used professional engineering equipment to help guide his decisions on design. He conducted slope measurements with lasers and showed my wife and I, where there were previous errors on the original work we had done. He explained the home construction code and reminded us to always ask contractors to show engineering construction regualtions in the future for any work to be done. In summary, he explained the scope of work start and finish timeline. He was very professional in his approach throughout the project. He took the time to give me landscape ideas post patio project that would really bring the backyard together with new patio. The cost of the project was comencerate with the quality of work. We needed a retaining wall to help with drainage issues in our backyard. It was a huge job and we definitely needed a professionals help. In comes Ely and his crew from CQS Construction to save the day! The entire process was smooth and enjoyable, which says SO MUCH about their team! Ely came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for the required work within a day of my request. Ely and the crew showed up when they said they would, brought the necessary materials, worked super hard and made my vision come to life. We also decided while they were there to have them pour a concrete slab for our shed because of how great the wall was turning out. They were respectful of our property and left the place impeccably clean. I can not say enough about how much we appreciate their work! We already have another project planned with this company. It was a fantastic job. I really didn’t know what I needed or what would be best. Eli guided me to what was best for me. He used fence posts, fill dirt and sand. Then he spent a lot of time leveling it. Then when the pool was delivered he and his crew (including his Dad...I could see where he got his work ethic from) set up and filled the pool. It was very difficult to get wrinkles out of the bottom but they did. They cleaned off my back porch while they were filling the pool. He trimmed my trees also. Eli had a lot of equipment at his disposal that helped with the installation. I can’t wait to get in the pool with my granddaughter and stay cool this summer. I am VERY satisfied with CQS Construction! He was very fair on the price and I feel I got more than I paid for. I will use this company again.

Eli and his crew did a fantastic job. I had som large cracks that had risen and created a health hazard. He jackhammered and evened it all up. I feel safe getting out of my car. He was very He was very conscientious And detail oriented. I have had him do some more work and have been very satisfied!

Eli came by and viewed my area the same day of my inquiry. I discussed with him what I wanted. I needed a foundation constructed for my shed. He was friendly and detailed, explaining what he could accomplish. His price was very fair! He and his crew/family arrived promptly on the day that he promised to be here. It went very well. Ely was extremely helpful in brainstorming possible solutions and then executing the chosen plan. The end result look better than I thought possible and I am super happy. He also helped me with taking care of removing extra items to get my house ready for sale. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Great! Went the extra mile to repair cabinet below sink. Used much better wood than original and selected color to match kitchen that I did not expect. Also, nice job on over grown lawn, cut broken tree limbs and hauled everything away and cleaned up any trash. I highly recommend CQS Construction.
