I'm not sure whether or not this explanation can get through this template if I don't check "confirm" OK - I will check "confirm" just to get this message conveyed. I simply want you to understand so that you don't have to pursue me anymore for a response. I don't know any other way to stop the process. Description of Work: I have a very different profile as a customer of Dr. Faye's services. He and I are actually partners in various undertakings. For example I am the Treasurer of the non-profit, Africa Bound Corp. of which he is the founder. I am also a partner in a State certified entity that provides Training to Pest Control Professionals in Texas, for the fulfillment of the CEU requirements etc. Having said that, I do know him to be one of the most knowledgeable Pest Control Professionals on the planet, with a PhD from Texas Tech in Entomology and a minor concentration in Agronomy. He has a vast experience base in both fields, including international consulting and his own Common Sense Pest Management, here in Texas for some 20 years. He is an international authority and passionate advocate for the use of botanicals like neem, from Africa and India as a green alternative in the management of "pests" at all levels of agriculture, in lieu of the current petroleum based pesticides. I know personally that all of his customers love him and the level of service he provides. They especially appreciate that he actually "trains" them in how to understand and treat their own pest issues, if they are open to that. Inter-personally he is "real", authentic, caring and generous..."to a fault" as they say. + -1 moreWe called this company after trying two other companies that did not work out. This company explained everything in detail and explained how they would address all the various type of pests that we encountered both inside and outside the house. They also told us several times that the service was guaranteed and they would come back anytime within the next 3 months if we encountered problems. So far the service has worked out very well and we have not seen any bugs or scorpions in our house as we were seeing before. I highly recommend this company even though their price is a little higher than the other companies. The small additional cost is well worth it.
