Jessie and Ivan are very professional, informative, with great communication, and punctual! I hired them to do major grading around our home and they did an excellent job. I definitely plan on using Allscape for any future work.

Very aggressive and dishonest about materials cost.

Allscape responded to my lawn drainage issue and was able to quickly diagnose a solution for me with trying to make me buy some expensive pump system. They regraded my yard and resod it. They were also able to start the same week I called. Seeing a significant improvement in my back yard water drainage issue since their work

Responded quickly to my request. Provided estimate and completed service is less than 1 week. Came up with creative solution to drainage issues in backyard. Looks great!

We had AllScape come over to grade our lawn and plant new grass. The workers were very friendly and had a good work ethic. In the end, the job was okay, but you can get much better for cheaper. My main complaints are: - They charged too much ($3000). We found out later that a competitor would have done the same job for $2000. Negotiate aggressively if you'll do business with them. - The workmanship was sloppy. They didn't draw a straight line down our lawn to replant sod, so there's a portion of our lawn that has the old grass (a different type), which looks very strange. - they didn't do a good job cleaning up after themselves, there were piles of dirt we had to clean up - the sod they bought (bermuda) were small pieces, which made the lawn look like patchwork for months. I believe they save money by buying these scraps instead of premium sod. Those savings go to their pocket, not to the end customer. - Although their website says they take credit card, they told us they only take cash at the last minute, which out us in a very awkward situation.

If you need a landscaper, do not call Allscape landscaping. Here are the problems listed below: 1. Did not till, but lightly grated, to loosen soil and put down a very thin layer of topsoil. Maybe 1 in. of topsoil. It is recommended to till soil 6 in. to 8 in. 2. No lime or starter fertilizer down. 3. Did not water before or after laying sod. 4. There are large gaps between the sod squares. They should be butted together. Jessie Cantu said that is how they do it. And no, that is not the proper way. 5. Sod was overlapping each other because they were too lazy to cut to fit the area. 6. Grated about 2 feet by 12 feet taking out what little grass I did have there and did not lay sod in that area. Then they left saying they were finished. That is another reason they had to come back a second time. 7. I already had them come back to fix some problems, but Jessie was full of excuses and was not going to fix it. 8. I requested a hole to be filled with topsoil that my dog dug. This is something I had to have them fixed when they came back the second time because it was never done. Instead of filling the hole with topsoil, they filled the hole with small pieces of grass and then put sod on top. No soil at all. I ended up going out there to fix the overlapping areas and added topsoil to the hole. I water 2 times a day except for the 2 days it rained. I plan on adding fertilizer feed later on.

Jesse and his crew did a great job clearing out my back 1/4 acre lot. The lot was full of think dense cedars, and they cleared the land in just a couple of hours. They went above and beyond the work promised at a fair price. They even removed and replaced my fence to get their equipment through because my gate wasn't wide enough. They made it look easy. I will reach out to these guys again for additional work down the road.

This job was to level out a residensial lot which was washed out and sloping alot. They were able to level it out and make a creek bed out of river rock along the side. Excellent job, it exceeded my expetations.

They did not put my stones back properly so now my patio looks terrible.

Came when promised and finished ahead of time frame I was given. Easy to get a hold of with questions and quickly responded to concerns. This was my first time hiring any landscape company and they will definitely be my go to company for any future needs.

Jessie was very professional and seemed to solve my drainage problem. He took the time to explain things to me and was always very courteous. I will hire him again!

Allscape did such an amazing job with our garden stone work. Their professionalism is out of this world. The team even went sought out supplies from out of the area to meet our needs and deadline. Their economical prices allowed us to do more than we initially thought we could do with a small budget. Great and polite team. Definitely using them again.

Although they did improve the water drainage issue, it was not completely solved. I sent them photos. They said they guarantee work and would come back. Have not seen them since.

These guys may be good for work that only takes a few days max. Anything that may require more than a week of work I highly DO NOT recommend. I needed a tunnel built under my house/slab for plumbers to replace the main cast iron drain line between my bathrooms. Allscape was very quick to respond and come out to give me a quote for all work needed to be done. The work was about twice what was quoted, partly in fact to more digging was needed, but they tried to charge me more because it rained during the job and the project was taking longer than they wanted to spend on it. I was told many times how many other jobs they had. The big issue I had was the employees doing the actual work did not speak any English, which makes things difficult when questions come up. Several times they had to borrow MY tools because they forget their own. (i.e. shovels, crowbar, buckets, extension cords, cardboard to lay on, etc) When rain filled the hole I pumped it out myself knowing it would cost a ton for them to do it. Had to pay in cash and they tried getting me to pay for almost all of it before the work was done when told at the beginning that would not be the case (I refused). One night they left 2 of their workers in my yard hours into the night before they finally picked them up. When digging was complete they then tried charging me a bunch of money to remove the excess dirt. I was under the impression work from start-to-end was quoted. Not. They also left their tools behind for a week before picking them up. It was only after I called them and they asked me to bring their tools out to them, 45 mins away, and I said that was not happening, that they finally picked them up. I understand digging tunnels under a slab can be difficult and time-consuming work, but it is hard enough for someone that has to refinance their house for work insurance would not cover and then make sure you are not getting swindled when the workers you hire are getting extremely impatient because it is taking longer than they prepared.

We had to regrade our entire yard, front and back, due to foundation and drainage issues, and had them do some cosmetic landscaping while we were at it. They were able to get us I to their schedule very quickly from the first consultation, which is a new experience for us with contracting crews. It was a big project, but they were able to finish in under four days. Allscape worked very quickly and efficiently and brought our total vision to life. The quality of their work is fantastic, and they assured us that if there were problems moving forward, we can contact them to have it fixed. They had great advice about how to get us the best deals on materials, which they sourced for us at prices far below what we were expecting, and allowed us to have as much input as we wanted in the look of the project. They were friendly and easy to work with. We are very satisfied with their work and thrilled about our new yard!

Jessie discussed the project with me and made helpful suggestions that really made the finished job better. He and his crew arrived promptly and workrd steadily through the day to create a finished backyard with which i am thrilled.

Agent was friendly and we hoped for great work when meeting for the bid. When agent gave the bid we were told 2 1/2 to 3 days. We got less than expected and had to call them back for rework. Rework was to shred cedar to smaller pieces and dig up cacti not removed 1st time. Couple of cedars not removed 1st time. Dead lower branches of oaks not trimmed. Extensive bruising of desirable trees by shredding machine. We had asked for a few small mounds to be leveled but were not first time. Day of work felt different. Agent asked if we could do cash instead of check and said work would be finished that same day.

Jessie responded to my inquiry very quickly and made it out to see my property the same day. He listened to my water drainage concerns and gave me a variety of options for solving them. After he left I had more questions. He responded to my text very quickly. A couple of days later, he arrived with the necessary materials and a hard working team. We are pleased with the work. They work to make sure their clients are happy and they kept the cost within reason.
