Description of Work: Sanded and stained approx. 1600 sq. ft. of hard wood floors that were originally installed in 1930. They did a fantastic job! They wisely chose not to pull off the baseboards in fear that would ruin them as they were the originals, but managed to sand right up to the edge. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. I do not remember the exact cost, but they were the lowest of 3 bids.
