+ -1 moreMay 2,2014 @ 3:42pm customer contacted Two Guys Remodeling and agreed to their per weekly rate of $1800.00. They agreed to come out Monday, May 5, 2014 to start working on my project. On May 5,2014 @ 8:13 am I called their phone number to find out where they were as they did not show at the job site. They did not answer the phone and a message was left for them to contact me. At 8:54am a second call was placed with same results as above. A third call was placed at 11:24am which was answered with "sorry I meant to call you" "I got a better job offer is that all right with you?" I said "NO" and his response was "okay have a good day" and he hung up. If this is an example of Angie's List recommendations I am sad for the people who know absolutely nothing about the remodeling trade
Description of Work: Provider did nothing. He was a "no show".

+ 6 moreFernando was always punctual and his work is impeccable. In addition to being a great carpenter he was honest and we never felt uneasy leaving him alone. He would leave the areas clean before leaving and he was always respectful to everyone. His work was so good that my husband would never question his work and came to respect his opinions and decisions. Our whole family still calls him and rely on his expertise in the home remodeling projects whether they're large or small.
Description of Work: Fernando did a great job on a whole house remodel. He basically did everything. He re-did the walls, scraped off popcorn ceiling and re plastered ceiling and walls, put down tile in 2000 sq. ft., raised the floor for a pantry, built the pantry, painted the interior and exterior, knocked down walls, put insulation in the attic and added floor in attic for us to use for storage, tiled the master, guest, and hall bath walls and shower, installed all glass shower doors, plastered over brick fireplace, replaced skylight, replaced baseboards and trim with a wider board, we had a plain front wooden door and he added planking and horizontal boards for a new front door, painted the deck, closed two exterior doors, and many other remodeling projects to complete the job.
