+ -1 moreThey are extremely professional and nice. Their prices are reasonable, and they don't nickel and dime you to death. There was aa backup in our septic system, and he had to dig up our front yard. They were here for about four hours and only charged $200! I am extremely thankful I found Panola plumbing. They are the best! I wouldn't use anyone else!

+ -1 moreThey came and checked it out, there was water all over the place. He didn’t have a particular part to repair it, and had to go and get it and come back. He charged me extra for the travel time. It wasn’t my fault he didn’t have the part on him. I was upset that I was already being charged for the initial visit and then had to pay extra for travel time to get the part.
Description of Work: He came to repair my water heater, because I forgot to turn the water off. It wasn’t heating right.
