GLASS DOCTOR DOESN'T STAND BY THIER DAM WORK!! I had a seamless shower enclosure install in spring of 2019. Glass Doctor has been out multiple times over the last 3 years to fix the SAME DAM glass door from hitting the other glass encloser. Because it continues to come uneven and i can't open the door without dam near breaking it. My seamless shower is no more a seamless shower because they have added so many parts to keep the glass door hitting up against the other glass fixture when opening and closing. Also, Management Sucks their as well, she goes by A.C. attitude sucks and was not willing to help me, nor cared at all!!!!

This was glass installation only. Project turnaround was great. Good communication on scheduling. Humberto and Roberto were excellent on the installation. One improvement would be a brief walkthrough on window care and whether any adhesives were applied that need to cure (thought about this after). Would recommend.

Overpriced replacement glass. They give you a short estimate time for repairs and ask for 50% up front. Then they call back and tell you a much later date for the repair and will not allow you to cancel without forfeiting the down payment. They also tell you they will waive the service call if you do not call other companies. They know they are overpriced and cannot complete on there own merits. One shower door replacement cost almost as much as the entire installation job with two doors and a frame 7 years ago. More than entire new kit from the big box stores with modern glass handles. Their office manage is rude and unconcerned after they get the down payment.

Miguel and Louis were perfect. Fast delivery, friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. If would absolutely use Glass Doctor and Miguel and Louis again! Amazing service!

Excellent. We had a tough job—Curved, very tall windows that are 10 feet off the ground. The tint matches our other windows perfectly. Anibal and Jamond were very professional and did a great job.

Roberto and Jaime from Glass Doctor did a terrific job installing windows. They called prior to arrival and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend and would definitely contact again if I need windows.

I requested Glass Doctors to repair or replace the rollers on my sliding glass door. This disaster began on Sept. 3. A repairman came to my house, removed my door, and removed one of my wheels, I was told it was a specialty part that needed to be ordered. Ordering the part would take 3 days to 1 week. I did not hear from a single person for 3 weeks, even after several calls. Finally, they told me the part was in, and they would have it installed between 12-2. By 5 pm that day I had a call from the installer saying he was running late cause was lost and would be there by 5:45. He showed up, removed the door, and said he had the wrong part, that his truck was loaded wrong, and that the part was simply at the warehouse, they would have someone out the next day to install it. One week later, I received a call that they had lost the part, and a new one would need to be ordered. One week after that they contacted me again saying they had the part, and that it would be installed later that week. Two men showed up this time to install the part. After two hours and struggling with it they finally came in and relayed that the part they had was wrong and they would need to order a new part. Frustrated by this entire situation I told them I needed to have their manager speak to me, the workers even stated I would be pissed if I were you. I never received a call from anyone that day. The next day I contacted the company and demanded my money back and my originally broken wheels are placed back on my door (they took both of them at this point to order new parts so my door is inoperable). I have received my money back, I am still waiting for the crew to put back on my original rollers. Do not use this company, it will end in frustration. This has been an awful experience all around.

They gave me an estimate over the phone and came out here same day. Were done within an hour and never even had to come into my home to replace a broken window panel.

I need glass clean up at 10:30pm, They got someone out for an emergency clean up asap...THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Sal Reyes was a true craftsman in replacing glass panes in two 6' x 3 1/2' custom-made, original wood windows of our 50-year old home. 5 other companies had come out previously to give us quotes, and all were stumped on how to remove the broken panes. Two companies actually recommended replacing both windows (to the tune of $1000+). Sal was a superstar glass specialist! Within an hour and a half, he had both broken panes removed and replacement glass installed. He was professional, respectful, and he spoke highly of the company he was representing. My husband and I are grateful for his expertise, and will ask for Sal again should we need window repair in the future.

He was able to fix my window immediately and the price quoted was the one I paid. Very nice guy and he tolerated my curious dogs.

Service was good pricing slightly higher than other companies.

They did what no one else in the area could do, replace an absolute empty window in a very short period of time.

They came for the quote & offered 2 match the other places price, which was great. Only problem was when they showed up they had the wrong glass and said it would take 5 weeks 2 get the right glass. So I was basically forced to install the wrong shade/type glass.

A very good experience, 15 min. to measure, 2 weeks to order and receive, one hour to remove and install 3 windows.
