The workers showed up on time and everything seemed to go well. Later that day, when the sun hit my mirror, there were streaks and what appear to be splatters. I called because it rained within 3 days and scheduled a return appointment. No one showed up for that appointment and the explanation was that they had another job that ran overtime. I called them, no one called me. We made another appointment and the same worker that did the mirror the first time tried again and when the sun hit it the streaks were still there. After I was still not satisfied, the owner wanted to come out but I declined because you could only see the streaks in the late afternoon and the company had had three appointments already. The window washers only had newspaper to wipe the windows with and left paper in my yard and my house. They also didn't clean the tracks very well. I have asked for a refund several times and have been told the company does not give refunds and that I should not complain if I can only see the streaks for 30 minutes a day. Over all, I am still not satisfied and would not use these people again.
