The is a mediocre company and they do a mediocre job at providing quality service. I have had to request the technicians come back out several times after quarterly visits. Finally I decided to cancel service back in August. I played phone tag with the “cancellation” department several times and never received a phone call back from management. Now it’s November and I get text messages about an amount going into pre collections. They charged a fee due to cancelling without a 30 day notice! But it takes them 90 days to cancel my account. ******** company with a ******** system!

The initial contact with a sales rep went well. Questions were answered, etc. The first visit was decent too, however they didn't remove cobwebs as their service agreement had stated. The 2nd visit was scheduled by them twice and reminders were sent. I attempted to email back with questions and never received responses. They showed up one day early, unexpectedly and sprayed my newly painted deck. I was unaware they were here until they were done. No I'm told I owe about 100 bucks, when I had paid 100 last month already! I was told 100 quarterly, and in 2 months I'm paying over 200. I need to pay an additional 100 bucks to get out of contract. What a joke of a company.

Great! White Knight consistently provides great service. They employ competent technicians. Most importantly, Miguel keeps pests out of my house and yard, I highly recommend them!

I've used White Knight for over 5 years and will continue to use their services. I've had few issues with pests over the years. Their technicians are well trained and professional. I normally have the same technician and he's the best guy! I highly recommend them for pest control servicing.

Excellent service. Technician Jose was: Detail oriented on looking for the ant mounds himself. Is knowledgeable about his job and was attentive to the problem areas showed to him. Great service!!

Outstanding! White Knight always does a great job. Technicians are top quality professionals. I've used them for 3 years and rarely see a pest. If I do, they are quickly to take care of the issue.

Everything has been great. I did not use them for the termite treatment due to the price, but everything else was fine.

So for the most part the experience wasnt bad. I did get annoyed with the "fast-talkin" sales kid that came to the door. He used the traditional tricks of the trade with the wording and promises to try and sell me which did nothing for me. I had to just interrupt him at one point and cut to the facts. I made him promise me the services he was spouting out in a written email which he said he would send but never did and I refused to sign up for a contract until I had tested the waters with his company by having them come out and do a one time service first. So the next day when the service tech came by he had no idea of all the promises the sales guy made. He was only there to spray the eaves for wasps and treat the yard for spiders. The original agreement was for: eaves to be sprayed, wasp nests taken down, weeping holes plugged with copper mesh, trees sprayed, and yard treated for spiders. Tech sprayed the flower beds and was gonna head out. I talked to him about what was promised and he said he could do everything but the weeping holes. He did spray the eaves and trees but he used a handful (literally) of yard treatment in his hand held spreader to do the entire yard. Just walked around and occasionally shook it. Maybe there is a limit to how much you can put in the yard or something.... So the last thing was for him to take down the wasp nests but he told me they would fall down on their own eventually and that he didnt have the right equipment to take them down. I asked him to send someone else out to finish the job. That's when he found the equipment on the truck to knock them down. Anyways, the company wasnt bad and the service tech's attitude was good but if I ever used them again, I would be watching them the entire time to make sure everything was done. Also, they put down some sticky mats in my garage which ended up catching a small bird that was trying to get the bugs off it. I called them about it and the manager was "hands-off" about it. I was their product, but it was my problem basically. Called around and got no help on saving the birds life so did research and found that baby oil will help free the bird. Got the bird free but it died of exhaustion anyways. Sucks....Experience left bad taste in mouth about the company. Anyways, the company is ok I guess but not as professional as some other ones that I have used in the past.

I will not use them again. I didn't have a good experience with them. They were supposed to come out once and never showed up. We called and they apologized and scheduled it again. They never showed up again. That happened three times. If I'm having to take off work and make other arrangements, that's not appropriate.

Very reliable easy to communicate with, technician was professional and well trained, would recommend this company.

I have been using White Knight for three years, not one complaint! I purchase my contract annually, and it's one less thing I have to worry about. They are very efficient, I love the new online system and website, the technicians are very thorough and professional and the FEW issues I've had the customer service team outstanding. Great job!

I use them all the time. I spent about $80. I was satisfied with their services. My interactions with them were good and they were responsive.

We moved to a new home and were solicited twice in one week by this company. During the 2nd visit, we stated we did not want to use services from the company. I had to request repeatedly for the man to leave my property. He continued to try to sell to me and stated he has a license that allows him to be there (aka harass me). I threatened to call the police and after finally yelling at the top of my lungs (yes, it came to that)... he went to the end of my walkway and stood there and taunted me. I reported it to the police and to the company. The company representative seemed appalled and planned to do what she could to ensure the door to door solicitors for the company did not behave in that manner and left when the homeowner asked them to the first time.

Today was the first day we had any problems inside the house. When Josh arrived I mentioned to him that I had a problem with meal moths in my pantry. I had to run a quick errand at the time so Josh offered to wait for me to return. When I returned 10 minutes later, Josh was ready to attack those meal moths. We spent about 45 minutes emptying the pantry and closely examining all the packages. All the while Josh enthusiastically educated me in all things concerning meal moths. After we went through everything Josh bombed the the pantry and gave me detailed instructions about what to do when I could re-open the pantry two hours later. Josh even helped me wheel my parrot out on the patio so he wouldn't be adversely affected by the insecticide. I am sold forever on White Knight. I really appreciated Josh's passion, enthusiasm and knowledge.

It’s fine. They are pretty timely and come out whenever they can or as you need them.

Joshua, the technician, came to my home and stayed for about an hour. He explained everything he did in great detail before hand and also answered all of my questions. I was happy to have someone who knows what they were talking about. He sprayed the interior and exterior. I signed up for the quarterly treatments. So far - no bugs!

The technician that was dispatched to my home was courteous and arrived approximately when he said he would. Treatment did not take very long. My initial treatment fee was $50.00 plus tax as opposed to $200 for typical initial treatment.

It has been phenomenal. They are very responsive, quick, and give good options.
