Watermark did their work while fleecing me.

It went fairly well, except the tech was unwilling to "improvise" on the faucet install when the hole in the granite was a little too close to the sink install. What Watermark couldn't/wouldn't do the granite guy did on about 10 minutes; the faucet is solidly installed.

Scheduling went great - our guy arrived on time, was professional, cheerful and competent. IT was a great experience!

I am very pleased with my choice to hire Watermark Plumbing. They were here within a day or two of my initial call to give me an estimate which was done thoroughly and professionally. I was given several options over a range of cost and each was explained to me. A detailed quote was emailed to me for each option. Of the three estimates I got for the job, Watermark was in the middle price-wise, but only slightly more than the cheapest bid and a lot less than the most expensive. After I decided to hire Watermark for the job, it was scheduled at my convenience. On the day of the install, they arrived when they said they would and completed the work. Both plumbers were courteous and professional at all times and they took the time to put on shoe booties every time they came into the house to protect the floors. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. After they were done and nicely cleaned up, I was shown all the work that had been done and had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. The next day the office called to work out a time for the required inspection, got it scheduled with the town, and then sent me several reminders about the appointment. Watermark Plumbing is a very qualified, capable, and professional company and I am more than happy to recommend them.

.We didn't use them. This review is just on the customer service and the way we got the quote. I hadn't been able to afford the install for a while and was taking cold showers till we got the money for the install. The customer service and affordability did not impress me. They may be wonderful at the work...I don't know.

Watermark stopped the leak in the handles and faucet in bathtub unless the water was turned on, in which case the cold water handle continues to drip. Instead of fixing the threads where the faucet spout attached to the water supply pipe, Watermark simply crammed the faucet onto the pipe, stripping the threads, so the faucet came off again the second time I tried to use it. So now the crammed-on faucet is no longer attached to the pipe, so the water shoots out horizontally, instead of falling down into the tub. Which makes it difficult to use the tub for baths. I paid just under $400.00 for the "repair," but the faucet wasn't repaired or replaced, but at least it no longer leaks when the water is turned off. I am disappointed but since I no longer trust Watermark Plumbing, I guess I'm just out of luck.

The original owners tried to install a new water closet flange and installed it to high and the toilet would not sit flush to the floor. I called WaterMark out to help. They were very timely and responsive and friendly every step of the process. It is important to note that the service we needed was outside their normal service area and they were on time and very professional in their work. They also reinstalled the toilet as a courtesy and at no additional charge. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again. Thank you.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the problems without stopping and cleaned everything up. A bit pricey but they were completely worth it. They also sent over a bio and picture of the tech coming over before they even showed up.

They were great! Showed up when they said they would. Left to get the part, got back and fixed it in a very timely manner.

I cannot say enough positive things about Watermark Plumbing. I was really starting to enjoy my immediate hot showers in the morning, but I knew there was a problem. I went through my home warranty company first. Since this was our first slab leak, I had no idea how much this repair would cost. After getting a few quotes, I decided on Watermark. From my initial call to Adrian. She was patient, informative and calming with all the questions I asked on my slab leak, the process, etc. The plumber assigned to my repair was Kelly. He was fantastic, so patient, detailed exactly what was going to happen and when. After 2 days of digging to get to the leak by the excavation crew, Kelly came at 8 p.m. to fix the leak ensuring that I would have hot water that night! Totally amazing and much appreciated! John, the owner, is very lucky to have such a wonderful support staff. I appreciate everything this company has done to make such a problem, bearable. They really put their customers first. I will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Taylor and his helper were great, 100% no issues with them, on time, nice, very competent. They called the home office for pricing, and came up with $900 for a 2-4 hour job, not ideal, Angies list has other providers offering $250 for 2 hrs. leak detection so Watermark appears to be about 3X the normal price. I'm a typical homeowner, with water running under my house I say go ahead. The guys cleaned up and the job went seamlessly. At the same time Watermark quoted me over $2200 for a hot water heater replacement and code upgrades, Angies list has providers offering for $1,100 plus about $250 for code upgrades, also, I had a quote for $1,650 from a reputable source. I did not use their services for water heater replacement. Bottom line, they do good work, very competent, just expensive.

We had to have our 14year old water heaters replaced. Curtis came to our home and gave us an estimate and we decided to get the work done. Curtis was very professional and courteous. They got the job done in the timeframe we agreed to and the work was excellent. The Inspectors said they did a very good job. I would highly recommend Watermark plumbing.

I lost hot water at my home and Taylor came out to inspect my water heater. Not only were my burners out but I had to learn that the company that made my water heater was no longer in business and parts were unavailable. Instead of just trying to sell me on replacing my tankless with another expensive tankless, he recognized that with my current living and financial situation, I would do just fine with a tank heater at a lower price point. Even after I accepted the fact I was going to replacing my water heater, he came back out a second time that day hoping to see if it was possible all I needed was a recall kit the company had sent out years ago to fix it. No success but no charge. He also helped me figure out what was wrong with my doorbell. Came back to replace my water heater with no problems, cleaned up after himself, and explained what he did and gave a quick guide to the workings. Also installed a new circulating pump so now I Have quick hot water in all corners of my house. Taylor was patient, personable, and answered all my questions helping me navigate the pros and cons of everything and all my options current and long term until I felt confident and secure in my choice. Absolute pleasure to work with and would do so again,

An excellent experience overall. My old water heater had failed and started leaking. Watermark responded quickly to my first contact. They would have been able to schedule a service call for the same day, but I had schedule conflicts so it was set up for the next day. The technician arrived right on time first thing the next morning. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He provided an estimate that was considerably less than a competing bid from a highly advertised plumbing company. I gave the go ahead and they completed the job that same day by around noon. They installed a Rheem Professional, 50 gallon water heater with a 10 yr warranty and replaced the Thermal Expansion Tank also.

Watermark sent an email, notifying me of the person they were sending, with a description of his qualifications. Kelly arrived right on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost and then followed through with the repairs. He completed the work quickly and even offered advice on other areas where I might have concerns. All in all, it was a good experience. I will not hesitate to call Watermark for any future issues.

They did a decent job, but their estimates for some subsequent work were quite high.

Right from the first call, they were all polite and Jose was on time and came that very afternoon. Work was done exceptionally well ( i believe he forgot to put the caulking, i am going to ask them) and cleaned it up well. 285 for a replacement was certainly high in my opinion as Lowes from where I bought the toliet had an install for 110. He also had to replace the leaking valve.

My wife and I chose Watermark after sifting through the many great companies on Angies list, based on reviews and the number of times that the company has serviced water heaters this is who we decided to have service our water heater, due to the gas control valve not functioning. We used the schedule now with a $30 coupon that was provided on the Angies list webpage, within 30 minutes we received a text and call from representative John Bushschacher to schedule a free estimate for the same day. John emailed mailed us a profile with a picture of Taylor before he was dispatched to our home, which I think is pretty cool. One and a half hours later Taylor arrived at our home. The initial call was around 8 a.m. The work was completed around 11:30 a.m. with clean up. we would like to thank Taylor for his outstanding professionalism and knowledge in his field, Taylor answered all questions we had, not once did he try to make a sales pitch for anything extra. We will definitely will call upon Watermark again in the future if needed.

we are looking to make our ALL ELECTRIC home more energy efficient. we were thinking about replacing our water heater with either tankless, or hybrid. after a VERY enlightening conversation with john, who went into each option in great detail, we now have to look in a different direction. so, even tho we did not contract with them, the information we got was excellent, and will save us a lot of time an money. in this day and age, it is rare that someone would take the time to explain IN DETAIL to us why what they have would not work well for us. we hope that there is another opportunity in the future to use his company, because we know we will get excellent service. a clear example of how excellent service can easily make the sale, no matter what the price is.

i called them about a failed ball valve that supplies water to the fridge and ice maker they came out same day, so that was very impressive they were very professional they use a "menu" style pricing method, where every type of service is listed and has a set price. his diagnosis was that the valve was bad, so his bid was for replacing the entire ice maker outlet box. i would have assumed they could just remove the valve and put a new one on, but they said they would replace the entire box. the price on their "menu" for replacing the entire outlet box was somewhere around $380, dont remember exact number because it was so high it surprised me. In this case, i did not have them do the work, but i would not hesitate to call them again in the future for some other plumbing services, especially if i know exactly what i want done and i can get a quote off their menu up front. overall, very happy with them, but the price on this particular job was a bit much. UPDATE: i had at-ease plumbing come out and look at the icemaker valve box, they also said the entire box needed replacing, and their price was estimated at $320. so, that being said... Watermark was not near as off base as i originally thought. I think i might even have them come out and replace it. They were so clean and professional when compared to others.

Jose explained all options before doing any work, and fielded many questions from me -- answered everything completely and knowledgeably. I had the feeling that I was being informed, not sold. Watermark provided written estimates of each option and were very accommodating in scheduling the jobs. Jose and his coworker Taylor were on time, professional, courteous and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They were here from 9 AM until almost 8 PM and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. They left everything cleaned and put away. Everyone I dealt with at Watermark was a pleasure: friendly, knowledgeable and professional -- from John and April in the office to Jose and Taylor doing the work. They are pricey, but in my opinion well worth it. I will use them again, and I would without a doubt recommend them to my family, friends and coworkers. Thanks to Angie's list for pointing me in the right direction -- I truly appreciate it.
